Located in the secure, gated Casa Blanca community on Sandy Beach, this pet-friendly home features a modern interior with two King-size beds, a Queen sofa sleeper, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with polished granite countertops and a Reverse Osmosis filtered water system.

Experience ultimate tranquility as you stroll through picturesque pathways and bridges to reach the shore or enjoy the resort’s four stunning pools, 18-hole putting course, and shaded BBQ palapas. With premium Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and modern stand-up showers, this elegantly refreshed retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (or 7 with an air mattress), placing you just a short drive from the vibrant seafood restaurants and shopping of the bustling town.

There can be a maximum of two pets. Pets are never allowed in the pool or golf course area. Pets must be on a leash when walking on the resort property and you must pick up droppings. Pets are not allowed on the condo furniture. They cannot be left unattended on the patio. Please control barking so it will not disturb other persons. We are pet owners and lovers and ask you to respect our home as you would want us to do for you.

The condo was spotless. Some peeling paint and gouged woodwork. Beautiful view of the ocean. Outdoor furniture worn but comfortable.

Not Worth The Cost

We're frequent visitors to Rocky Point but have never taken our dogs before. We chose Casa Blanca because it is pet friendly. Wanted to take our dogs. We specifically chose to do this in January when it's cold and we would be in the condo most of the time. We enjoyed having a king size bed in both bedrooms however there are no TVs in either of the bedrooms. The TV in the living room doesn't work much. I contacted the host who told me to turn on the Blu-ray player and follow the menu options for streaming services. It did take me to Netflix, but that's it. literally no other TV options available. When I contacted the host a second time to tell him that I could not get the TV to work properly he stopped responding to me. The furniture both inside the condo and out on the patio are in need of repair. The wall in the guest bathroom looks like it either has holes, or mold, or maybe both. The table on the balcony is completely broken and falling apart. The cooking sheet inside of the toaster oven was so dirty and rusted out that I had to take it out and put my food directly on the heating rack. The table in the living room is unstable. If you rest anything on it, it wobbles. I took pictures of everything. The listing says it's a short walk to the beach. I disagree, it is not a short walk. The private Wi-Fi worked very well. The views of the ocean are pretty. The bedding in both bedrooms was very good quality.
