We are offering our personal family 2nd home away from home! it has everything you need to spend a comfortable vacation. 2 story home with 4 bedroom; Master bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs. Beautiful open and spacious floorplan upstairs; Kitchen, dining room and family room with the best view of the Ocean. only 100 steps away from the beach with its own backyard door to the beach access alley. perfect sandy beach that exposes rocks at low tide to search for tiny sea creatures
The property does have a camera on the front yard and back yard for security. we turn off the backyard camera for privacy when occupied by guest.

This property is great. Clean, close to the beach, and comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion is more towels if guests are staying longer than 2 nights.

AMAZING HOUSE!

We absolutely loved staying here for my birthday weekend. The homeowner was attentive and instantly responsive. Some slow WiFi issues but that could have been because we had 8 people all attached to it and trying to use it. No problem though because we spent most of the time making memories and soaking in the beach. We will 100% be back to stay at this amazing house. Thank you!!

Amazing house with all the amenities

This is probably the nicest vacation rental house we have ever stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Fantastic design for the house with plenty of space for everyone. The beach access is excellent as it is only about a 45-second walk away. If we return to Puerto Penasco, we will definitely want to rebook this awesome property.
