In the resort town of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), in a gated community with 24 hour security, this Warm and Charming brand new Casita is a great place to relax. Minutes from the beach, it's central location allows it to be close to restaurants and Malecon, where you can do some exploring and find a local shop. It is across the street from Sam's Club, and near a new movie theater. This family oriented Casita also consist of a community pool with a BBQ and a basketball court.

The space
The Casita is a two bedroom One bath, with a full kitchen including oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and blender as well as pots and pans and dishes and utensils.

The master bedroom (The Sunsent Room) features a Queen size bed with a luxurious pocketed coil mattress. The 2nd bedroom (Sunrise Room) features a Queen size bed with a luxurious pocketed coil mattress . The living room has a sofa which can be used as a bed (king), 58" Smart TV with Netflix and cable, and a dinette set. The Casita has WiFi included.

Yes, very welcoming. The only issue was our 3rd party slept on the couch and there were no blankets for him, so he had to use the comforter from one of the beds.

Incredible, affordable, safe, clean, everything!

I stayed for 5 nights and it was the best place I ever stayed on puerto peñasco, everything its close, food, restaurants, oxxos, pharmacys everything that you need!, the workers are amazing, pool super clean, they even let us stay 30-40 more minutes on the pool before closing hours, you feel safe on this neighboor, its quiet, I really recomend you staying on this place!, only thing its the internet its slow but it didnt bother us, This is going to be my place to go for sure!!

Overall positive experience!

We stayed at this condo for one night since arriving one day early to Rocky Point. The only hiccup was that the man at the entrance gates did not have our name, nor did he know where our condo was even though we provided the condo #. However, the owner was very easy to get ahold of. Jonathan was very prompt to answer our questions and was very helpful - he took care of everything right away, so thank you Jonathan! The condo is very nice and beautifully furnished and in a nice, quiet area.
