Sonoran Sea W 301 is one of the most luxurious condominiums in Rocky Point. This unit is filled with custom upgrades that you won’t find anywhere else. This unit is a three bedroom end unit set on popular Sandy Beach.

The living room presents a a built in in wall mounted TV above a large electric fireplace. Beside the leather sofa is a game cabinet, mirrored wall, and custom art pieces. Built as an extension of the raised kitchen counter, a granite dining table projects from the kitchen. Seating is for four guests.

The kitchen is set around a free standing prep island. Enjoy the basket of snacks you will find here. The kitchen features remodeled custom cabinetry, recessed LED lighting, custom ceiling and stainless steel appliances. Across from the kitchen is a niche with a complete bar. You will see two refrigerators, one for wine. There is a Keurig coffee machine and LED lighting here as well. Inset on the wall is a built in wine rack.

The master bedroom is a true suite, private, luxurious, and with an additional end unit window. Featured are a large screen TV and side chair. The headboard to the comfy king bed contains beautiful tile work and lighting. A unique effect is presented with the glass wall that defines the bathroom space. A granite vanity is topped with two custom sinks. There is a glass enclosed shower and walk in closet also.

Both of the other bedrooms feature a wall serving as built in dresser with TV. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a king. The second bathroom has a custom shower stall, sinks, and even a urinal! Near the entrance to the unit is a clean up room with washer and dryer.

The balcony makes remarkable use of its end unit status with a metal roll up screen opens the view to the west, and limits gusts on windy days. Here a counter serves the perfect spot to view the sunset, set as it is with four white leather upholstered bar stools. Next to this is a refrigerator and electric grill. There is a spacious dining table here also, along with chaise lounge chair designed for two! Views from the balcony are the perfect mix of the beach and the Resort amenities by the pools below.

Beautiful, Elegant, best one of all i have been in staying st Rocky Point recommended highly.

My family and I enjoy everything minute we were there. I love just sitting in the patio, the view was beautiful. I recommend this place highly. I would love ❤️ to stay in this unit again without no doubt. Thank you
