El Pueblo A7 Luxury home Condo Great for Couple

A7 is a cozy 1 studio, 1 bathroom condo in El Pueblo Condominiums. Very lush landscaping, secure parking, and a sparkling swimming pool make for a pleasant getaway spot in the center of town. Located on the 2nd floor, your patio overlooks the greenery of the development. Just down the street from popular Capone's, and Manny's Beach Club on the Mirador, you are close to fun entertainment choices, and far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet as well.

El Pueblo has a bit of a 'Southwest' feel to the design, including the wooden visas of the patio roof. The interior is centered around the living area and seating area, The kitchen has a nice tile countertop, and there are bar stools as well. There are maple cabinets and appliances including a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Futon sofa and chair are convertible for extra sleeping options. No pets please, and this condo has no T.V.

Rustic but clean

Enjoyed staying here. We really like the mirador side. It was a hassle in that we didn’t get instructions from casago on how to get keys and got temporarily stuck in courtyard. Once we got keys all was well. There is construction outside the front door but that should be temporary. We would love to stay here again!

The right place for the price

Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Had a little hiccup with check in. Be sure to communicate with the property management company before you get down to Mexico because we had an issue with the internet and could not access our email for confirmation info. Also, their office is near the entrance to town (next to the Little Caesars) so you should check in there before you get all the way to the property. We also couldn't find a way to access the pool area which was listed in the property ad but we still had a great time at the beach nearby. Would stay here again! Thanks.

Bumpy start. Ended smooth

My partner who was on the guest list went to check is in. I came later thank goodness cause since it was booked under my name they would let her check in. I get it and understand but I sent a message letting them know her info and she would be checking in early as we had to go separately, I was told that was fine and she is an added guest so no problem. I almost didn’t make it this weekend and she would have had no where to stay. After I checked in it was fine. Room was very simple and just as advertised. I would stay again but definitely make sure whoever booked it HAS to check in
