The layout includes two separate buildings – East and West. The East building features 4 king rooms and 4 double queen rooms, while the West building offers 3 additional rooms: 1 king and 2 queen. Each room combines modern-rustic charm with generous space, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to relax and unwind.

LOCATION & AMENITIES
Located within the exclusive Paz del Mar estate, the home offers direct access to a resort-style heated pool and is just a short walk from the beach. With bedrooms thoughtfully spread across both buildings and floors, guests enjoy both community and privacy throughout their stay.

The home has a fully equipped indoor kitchen for your use, but please note the industrial stove is reserved for safety reasons and not available to guests. To accommodate this, the private chef service is provided — completely optional but included in your stay. If you prefer to cook for yourselves, you’ll also have access to the fully equipped outdoor cooking area with a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle — perfect for preparing your own meals.
