Awesome person checking us in. Efficient, Polite and Friendly. When I asked what time the pool bar opened, she said it was closed. I asked to speak to a manager and the front desk mgr came out. I told him that’s the only reason we booked that hotel. First words out of his mouth were”Do you want to stay somewhere else?” No sorry. No nothing. Very rude. Had a huge fly infestation, like 75-100 when it finally opened 3 days later due to lack of cleaning the bar(sweet attracts flies). Sprayed some chemical all over so the. Dead flies everywhere. In the ice bin…etc. they just cleaned them out. Didn’t change the ice.

I really enjoyed my stay. I usually stay at playa bonita so that's the only play i could realy compare. If your a silver member or higher you get a complimentary drink at the bar. Plus free breakfast

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and spacious! We took our dog (a boxer breed) and there was still plenty of room for all. Would def visit again!

The property was nice and rooms comfortable. Walkable to restaurants and bars. The free breakfast was good and staff friendly. Biggest negative for us was the loud music at the pool all day and the pool game girl who yelled 2 hours straight until almost 7pm. Also the public beach right next to hotel had a very loud band all weekend nonstop. Very noisy especially with the already loud pool music. Not relaxing. Very annoying. Most likely will not book here again
