This two-bedroom, two baths, suite located on the 15th floor is a penthouse suite that enjoys extraordinary views of the Sea of Cortez. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed set with matching night tables and a 7 - drawer dresser. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall above the dresser. The bedding is satin in shades of blues, greens, and taupe. This bedroom also has a private bath with a double sink vanity, rain shower and deep Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed set with a very intricate carved design in the wood. The headboard is very tall and detailed, the night tables have three drawers and the dresser has 9 drawers and 2 doors. Above the dresser is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The bathroom is in the hallway and has a single sink vanity with a rain shower. The living room has a dark 3 - cushion leather sofa and matching love seat. There is an oriental rug on the floor under the coffee table. Behind the sofa is a very large wood framed mirror. Across the room mounted on the wall is a flat-screen TV. Below the TV is a half table with decorative art pieces on top. To the left of the TV in a niche is a large vase with decorative greens and below a wooden set of drawers. The kitchen was designed and equipped for a chef. Everything you could imagine is right at your fingertips. The appliances are all stainless steel and the countertops and backsplash are granite. The island bar serves as a wet bar and breakfast bar and easily seats three. The dining area has a rectangular wood table that seats -6. The chairs are high backs with padded cushion fabric seats. There are silk floral designs throughout the suite. Down the hallway is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and additional storage space. You will also enjoy ceiling fans throughout. On the terrace two lounge chairs where you can enjoy the evening sunsets while sipping on a glass of wine. The views are amazing

NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
