Sonoran Sky 1101 is a 4-bedroom end unit with a wrap-around terrace that floats above the Sea of Cortez offering incredible views in a luxurious setting.
The finely appointed condo features a large living area and kitchen, complete with a free-standing kitchen bar. Its 2 bedrooms make it perfect for a family gets together. The resort itself is new and modern, with private security and many amenities you would desire in a destination resort.
In the master bathroom, a king-size bed, a shower, and raised jacuzzi tub are featured.
Three more bedrooms off of the main hallway are complete with Queen beds and their own TVs.
The grounds of the Sonoran Sky Resort center around a single condominium tower, making for a more intimate experience than other larger, nearby developments. It's smaller footprint does not neglect amenities, however. You will find...

Opportunity for Renovation...
This wasn't our best stay in Rocky Point. I will say that the listing says it's 3300 sq ft and would question the actual size.
Pros:
Comfortable/firm beds
Ample pots and pans
Comfortable couches
Great views except for the trailer park on the side of the unit
Cons:
The unit hasn't been updated since it was built.
No sponges
Nothing to clean the counters
No spices
Sinks in master bath were clogged
Property manager was unresponsive
Hot water in master shower was very difficult to regulate
Oven did not cook things evenly
Broken brackets on drapes in master bedroom which made it hard to open and close

Perfect quite retreat.
We typically stay at Las Palomas, however it has become too crowded for our liking. This property is much more quite but still very fun. Great pools, bar, restaurant, sports bar, gym that overlooks the pool and beach, spa, gaurded entry, 24 hr security. The unit itself is great. Well stocked and the view is as advertised. Will stay again. Cheers!

60th Birthday
Overall good but very disappointed as this unit when we rented showed 4 bedrooms one of which had two twin beds. We had 8 adults 3 couples and 2 singles which required 2 separate beds, so one 65 year old woman had to sleep on the couch which was unacceptable especially with the cost of this unit. We notified them of the issue immediately but nothing was done to correct the situation or any sort of refund offered.
