Airconditioners were old and extremely noisy. Beds and bedding were terrible. Pillows terrible. No TV's in bedrooms. No ice maker. Overpriced.

Great location and view

We had stayed in one of these Villas before so knew how great view and location would be. It would have been nice to know we didn’t have access to garage for parking in this villa. Also wish we had known no beach towels in villa. Last one (V2) had nice beach towels. Furnishings very nice. Beds comfy. Nice and clean. Would rent again. Slight hick-up first day with an AC not blowing cold and some broken outdoor furniture but they sent people immediately that fixed everything. Overall great.

Villa was fine, hotel management poor

The villa was clean and in a great location. The AC unit for 2 of the 3 rooms did not work which was disappointing. Also no access to garage. Called the front desk when booking and they confirmed pool closest to the beach would be adults only and the pool on other side of bar would be family friendly just as it was for us when we stayed in villa 5 in May of 2022. Upon checking in, the front desk confirmed this again. On day 2 security told us both pools are adults only. Went back to front desk which confirmed again the pool was suppose to allow kids. After an hour of getting the managers from security and hotel management (both separate companies) together they came to an agreement both pools would be adult only (saw 4 adults total in there during a 4 night stay). Heard from other families that booked villas about their disappointment as reason for booking villas with kids was to be close to family friendly pool.

This place is not recommended

During our stay we found out kitchen has many bugs and cockroaches all over kitchen counter and cabinets. Place was not clean and furnitures were dusty. We let the manager know. The next day he wanted us to move to another house with less beds. Overall we’re not happy with the place and service we received.

Perfect for Family

The condo was spacious and the location was money. On the beach. Near the pool and other resort ammenities. The server Juan was awesome. He brought food and drinks right to our back patio. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and plenty of space to stretch out. I would for sure stay at this unit again.
