The staff is afoul

So we came down for a week fir my dads birthday we rented a villa the place itself is beautiful. [Villa 14] perfect view of the beach & pool. No complaints. However the staff & bar tenders infront of the villas are just rude!! My brother and his partner came all the way from Chicago to have a good time enjoy each other and the family anyway they were in the pool flirting with eachother like any couple would here comes security hey you can't be hugging or holding hands people don't like to see 2 men doing that but behind us was 2 women doing the same and several people got up to say the same thing and they responded nobody has complained about it also most people like to see women with women 🤔 we we all upset about the staffings response. They treat white people better then they do us mexicans in our own country. We asked for drinks and the bartender said we are closed for about 3 hrs we got the same response then 2 white woman went up to the bar they attended them meanwhile they told our party they were closed. I went up to the office & 5 other families were there to put complaints about the same treatment.

vERY NICE PROPERTY

Very nice property. shows alittle age. Little things could be fixed to make it even nicer. I am wondering if a walk thru done by the manager every six months or so, to identify the litlle things that could be tidied up a bit. Great location ,clean and had a wonderful stay. Side note, Had problems with Master toilet, wouldn't flush and stopped up. Called desk and had a prompt service reply,that was pleasant experience.

Best way to vacation

This was our second year in a row staying in this same villa. Such a perfect spot for the family to stay together under one roof and right in front of the pool and beach. Only down side was one of the queen beds was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is about 2 inches thick and the bed was so loud and squeaky every time you moved. Everything else was great, per usual.

Vacation for the books

Beautiful villa. Perfectly located so you get the view of the pool and ocean with easy access to both. The only two things that weren’t perfect was the freezing pool (not heated) so it was like an ice bath. Much colder than the ocean so didn’t get to enjoy that. And our villa didn’t come with a propane grill. Just the small park-like charcole grill. It was small so had to cook food in rotation. Resort staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, stunning view

Overall stay was nice, enough space for two families. Close to beach, and nice to have the pool just outside the back door. The only drawbacks were no gas grill like the other villas around this one and no daily cleaning services as we have had at other resorts her in Peñasco. We could have used more trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also the beds could use some updating.

dishonest disrespectful office person (not Rodrigo) / major construction

My family really enjoys the Sandy Beach resorts here. However this property was undergoing some major construction which ruined our views and limited our beach access. I had a choice of a few different places to stay and wanted to try Las Palmas. Had I been informed I would have chosen another villa or resort. I went to the office to discuss my dissatisfaction, the gentleman working lied to me and said they told the woman whom answered my phone. I'm the only person who answers my on call work phone, this absolutely infuriated me. I have visited this resort on other occasions (colleagues stay here) and enjoyed it. Make sure to ask when booking if there is any construction where you're booking. I woke up to work crews talking and carrying on outside my window at 630 every morning. This will be my last resort if in need of a villa.
