The house has 4 bedrooms, two in the main house, and two in the Casita, which makes it a perfect setup for multiple families and friends who want to take a vacation together.
Only 5 min drive to the center of town
Large kitchen, very well equipped.
Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, we stream Netflix all the time.
Located in the gated community of Las Conchas
24x7 security and guard.
Main House:
Room 1 has a Queen and a bunk bed (newly added)
Room 2 also has a Queen and a bunk bed (newly added)
Half bath on 1st floor and full bath by the rooms
The Casita:
Room 1 has a queen for the parents
Room 2 has bunk+single, with a jack and jill bathroom in the middle.
Food:
We frequently visit the local fish market, where you can buy shrimps and fresh fish for a great price. There is a nice BBQ grill in the backyard, along with a sitting area. For groceries, you can visit Sam's Club or Walmart a short 6 min away, that is where we do most of our shopping. I will send you all the info before your arrival.

The beach house was great! The beach is quiet(people wise) and quick to access from the house. The downtown is just minutes away. We all had a great time when visiting Rocky point and the house was the center of the fun!

It was a short walk to the beach. We found tons of sand dollars. The host was very fast in responding to any questions we had. We didn’t get the boogie boards due to last guest not returning them. It was fun watching the dolphins swim by in the morning. Overall super fun.

Comfortable and adequate for our needs.
We had a wonderful week in this property. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked, it was close to the beach. We had a large extended family, including grandparents and young children and the accommodation worked well for us. We had many magical moments in this space. If you rent this property know that it is not well stocked with kitchen essentials such as pepper, seasonings, condiments, sugar, etc. It also was low on silverware and bowls and some other kitchen items that made a bit of difficulty for such a large family. There was only one item for beach play, and this was a boogies board that was beginning to fall apart. Remember to bring any other items like paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys, etc if you and your family is in to that sort of thing. We were hoping for a bit more beach toys. This property offered the bare minimum for what is needed for an extended stay, but did not offer much else. We were very content with this set up, but were a bit surprised by it. Remember to bring any extras that a family would need. Overall, this was a great space for us and we would definitely consider staying here again. One more thing, it was a bit more than a 30 second walk to the beach, and involved stairs and crossing a road that mostly was empty, but occasionally had quite a bit of traffic on it. We were happy to make the trek back and forth, but were a bit surprised by the distance. Going back to the house was a uphill and you would need to plan an bathroom break in advance! Don't wait until the last minute.
