Overall the hotel needs an update, the room (family double) was at a poor condition, needs renovation. When raining, the drainage smelled a lot. In contrary, the hotel is in excellent location and the roof top bar is very nice although a bit pricey. The breakfast choice is very limited, especially for kids and if you stay for more than 3 days, it is very monotonous. However they tried to make some variations at our request so that was good. Staff speak very little or 0 English so that was a bit difficult. Parking was good although it is right in the centre. We always found a place in the neighbouring street.

Grea hotel on a safe area, close to all tourist actrations. Basic room with small refrigerator and confortable bed. Included delicious breakfast was served at top building restaurant. Receptionist Ruth was very friendly and helpful.

Food was delicious! Pricing is great for the food items! The bar at night was fun! It's close to the Pink Street and Umbrella Street and a lot of shops, all walking distance! Very convenient! Room was very clean. My only complaint is the AC in the room. The AC was coming out cold, but no matter the fan setting, the room never got cold so we did not have a comfortable night of sleep.

Al servir el desayuno me negaron un café porque es una sola bebida y lo peor fue que la mesera me lo gritó delante de los demás huéspedes que si quería otra cosa como una bebida para acompañar mi desayuno tenía que pagarlo. La habitación olía a humedad y la habitación y el área de restaurante tenía mucho polvo viejo se ve que tienen mucho que no quitan el polvo. Para el colmo había una gato paseando en el área de comida

El hotel esta en el centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de todo. Nuestra reservación era para 3 personas por 3 noches y nos dieron 2 noches en una habitación con 2 camas y para la tercera noche nos teníamos que cambiar de habitación que tenía una cama y un sofá cama. Les pedimos que mejor nos cambiaran las 3 noches para la habitación con el sopa cama y así lo hicieron. Cuando llegamos a bañarnos y dormir nos damos cuenta que el hotel no tiene estacionamiento, el sofá cama estaba roto, no había agua caliente y después de las 11:00pm no hay personal en la recepción para resolver cualquier situación. La mañana siguiente la chica de la recepción que llegan después de las 8:30am, fue muy amable y nos cambia de habitación pero como no tenían más habitaciones disponibles nos ofrecieron una de una cama pero no nos ajustaron el precio. Para la segunda mańana nos despertamos a las 7:00am con música bien alta que pone el huésped del cuarto del lado y nadie le dice nada y ese mismo día no nos pudimos dormir hasta después de las 2:30am porque el hotel tenía una fiesta con una banda en vivo que se escuchaba en la habitación como si fuera nuestra fiesta privada y cuando se le dijo al personal que estaba en la fiesta lo que dijeron es que eso estaba en la descripción del hotel, cuando no era así, y no le dieron importancia a nuestra queja. Definitivamente que no volvemos y no se lo recomendamos a nadie.

El mantenimiento de la habitacion muy mala, la limpieza terrible, los tapetes terribles y para completar un tapper en el techo. . La ducha estaba dañada, no habia jabon, la colcha sucia con liquidos sospechosos. En realidad lo unico salvable es la locacion de resto muy mal en general.

Las instalaciones en perfecto estado, todo limpio, el desayuno bueno en cantidad y calidad. Aire acondicionado, tv y cama muy buenos, el sofa cama pudo estar mejor.
