After reading both positive and less stellar reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. Dinner at the Italian and mexican restaurants were excellent. Staff were, for the most part, excellent. For the price, we found it to be a good value. Our concierge who took care of arrangements on-site fornus was excellent. Only negative was the drink choices included in the package. Overall a 9/10.

What a catfish. 0/10, I was getting married in the area and thought this would be a decent place for my guests to sleep but what a disaster. The rooms are so old, worn and broken down and on top of that 5 rooms that were booked had issues. Mosquito ingestion that they had to call a fumigator for, dirty, broken ac’s. And the service was even worse, they refused to give a pregnant women a new room with a functioning until 9:45pm when we back to complain for a 5th time. Their attitude is unmatched, it’s as if we’re bothering them by being at the hotel. The rudest were one of the guys in the front desk and the girl from guest services. Stay literally anywhere else, I don’t know how these reviews are so high.

I was expecting a good service, but that was the last thing I received. The restaurants were closed only the buffet was open. The employees didn’t do any effort to make us feel that we were on vacation instead they were rude and only 3 of the employees were nice to us. Horrible service overall and I would never recommend anyone that I know to visit that place. A lot other customers felt the same way as I was in the pool 2 ladies came to my and asked me to translate for them that they wanted a drink and the bartender say they need to get out of the pool and come over to the other side if they want a drink. That was terrible to the point that I felt so bad that I got out of the pool and went to get the ladies a drink my self when I wasn’t working there. But i just thought if they were my family I wouldn’t like anyone to have that nasty attitude with my grandparents. I hope someone do something about it. Because I went to guess service and complained and nothing was done. Never coming back!! I don’t go on vacation to be treated like that. That place is over priced (bad service) and charging a lot of money.

The property itself is really nice. The service is excellent. However, they need to work on their entertainment for it’s a bit antiquated. They are also selling vacation club memberships and because of their approach found it to be annoying.
