Beautiful place

Service at the front desk was poor, basically rude. Not a good start. It got better after reporting a plumbing problem. However, it took 2 trips to finally fix the problem. The property was extremely pretty and nice--loved the 8 room condo-like buildings! And the beaches with trees--phenomenal--maybe the prettiest I've ever seen. Lots of privacy, though wish people didn't honk their horns like they do in the Dominican.

The property is good enough for the price. Meanwhile, it’s impossible to contact reception, the WiFi is the worst, at the same time that the website advertises free WiFi on property. There is no outlet to charge anything in the rooms. One must go to the lobby to charge, get a little WiFi and talk to someone in reception.

Everything was excellent but I’d like to mention that it said you had free wifi when booking for the property and then when you arrive they said the wifi was only available in the lobby and then if you wanted internet in your room or overall resort you need to pay additional 20$ us

Just perfect, Cheap, good and beautiful!

My experience was way better than the expected, hotel was on its peak season and that helps a lot, most tourist visiting were from canada, the facilities were being clean frequently, perfect spots for pictures, love the view from the room, they have a great coffe shop, an ice cream store, a pizza one as well, snack back, and everything you need to make yourself comfortable during your stay, it was just very pleasant to relax and celebrate my birthday there, they have 2 restaurants for reservations besides its regular buffet, an Italian one and steak house, food options were different every day and very tasty!, I can't complaint at all, stayed there for 5 days

The resort room needs more upgrades , especially in the bathroom where the toilet, bathtub, mirror and other features look very old. Also not save box locks is working you need to carry with you the important belongings all the time out of the room.

My ac didnt work for two days n i had to complain 3 separate time which was unacceptable. The pool seem to be always dirty , i understand things fall into becuase of the breeze but no appeared to be on top of it. Seem to lack a proper way communication btw staff n management. Lack of process as well. I wouldn't personally come back again with my family. Food was good , alot of options. If you wanted to get a restaurant reservation you would have to be up early to get on line. The gym facility was great.

This hotel lives up to their name by playing some of the greatest hits in the bachata genre. The rooms are outdated furniture wise but the A/C works wonderfully. The food choices are average but they are well cooked. The drinks are also good. The staff’s hospitality is also wonderful
