Room and all was fine we only stayed one night and the next morning we got offored free breakfast. The catch is you have to take a “tour” of the resort where they try to sell you a lifestyle membership. Do not take the “free” breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious. It was near the beach. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. For towel replacement—there was a fee which is uncommon.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Room was clean. Staff was awesome and nice. The food was just OK had the lamb kebabs they were awesome. Order the eggs Benedict look nothing like eggs Benedict so I did not eat it. Burgers and fries were good but many options for restaurants along the beach. Mojitos is really really good. Has great music great food great atmosphere but I will say make sure to bring bug repellent because I got eight up by the mosquitoes. I will definitely be back to stay here again.

I did not have a good night's rest. The mattress was hard!! That's my only complaint. Everything else was great. Great customer service, breathtaking views, and our suite faces the ocean. The hotel needs more comfortable mattresses, it felt like we were sleeping on bricks. Everyone complained. I met a lady in the pool she had the same complaint. It felt good knowing it wasn't just my family that thought the beds were hard.

The rooms facing the street are significantly sized but poorly designed. Too much wasted space. Big rooms with no real closet to hang clothes. I changed my room because you can hear all the noise from motorcycles and cars passing through. The floors in new room were filled with hair and smelled of cooking oil as if someone had been frying food in the suite. I called front desk which sent staff to clean the room and I also asked to change sheets as I had no guarantee they had been replaced. Its a nice hotel but hygiene is the last thing a guest should be faced with complaining about. Also their restaurant serves coffee from a machine. Coffee is important to people easy to make so offering coffee you can pick up from a gas station isn’t the way to go.
