Nos quedamos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa y todo fue extraordinario desde el checking hasta el momento de la triste despedida . Excelente equipo de trabajo todos muy amables desde la recepción con Amal y Ricardo , el espa 10/10 con belkis y Elizabeth y los muchachos del bar en la playa Juan y Sandi super serviciales en todo momento . Recomendado también el buceo con Michael . Definitivamente regresaremos . Gracias a todo el equipo!!!

Great staff service, specially bar staff by the pool (Arickson and Sandy), good pools and beach. Regular to mediocre food, buffet was ok but a la carte Mexican restaurant was awful, consider to have a real Mexican menu and cook it properly. Reception staff, we are conflicted, front desk lady was really professional, however, guy at the front desk kept trying to be funny and was being kind of mean. We were bored by the 2nd night, shows on the theater were fun but in a cringe way. Theater was also really hot. Not too much entertainment and no information was given about itinerary and other activities. Premium drinks were good, I could say best drinks of any all inclusive I have been. Disappointed for the reservation system, on the sheet they gave us, it says that reservations has to be made before 3:00pm to get one and we went before noon to get a reservation on the International Restaurant and was supposedly full. Hotel was clean and good for pics. To be really honest, experience was good not great. Not sure if we would like to come back.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here the staff members were super nice & friendly. Great customer service, the food was good, the view from our room was so beautiful. Shout out to Miguel Bueno and Ronaldo the most for helping us out with any questions we had and taking care of us from the moment we stepped foot in there. Every where you went to explore everyone will greet you, everything was super clean. Did 3 activities in one day and it was super fun, i will definitely come back here again!!

The sink stopped draining at one point and our shower stopped working properly the day before we left. The food was a little diasspointing, the salmon and breakfast buffet were the only things enjoyable. The massage people are INSANELY pushy. If I want a massage I will go to the spa and make an appointment. I do not need to be asked 30+ times per day. The grounds and amenities were spectacular. The cleaning staff was amazing.

We had a great stay here. We stayed 1 night, and were impressed with the service as well as the cleanliness and calmness of the room. It's definitely worth upgrading to the select side. You have extra pools that are quiet, a separate area in the buffet restaurant to eat, as well as the use of a coffee shop. The food was decent. We stayed in September and only 1 a la carte restaurant (the Mexican) was open but it was very good. The beach is beautiful and the sea is calm, you don't feel like you're in the middle of sosua. Wifi in every area also. We didn't know that you have to check out of your room at 12noon but you actually have until 3pm to use the facilities. We would definitely come back.

Property location is perfect due to the beach, staff extremely nice in every area but specially the Select adult hotel check in ( Ricardo, Francis y Amal) also the Select adult Bar staff. They made the difference and more enjoyable stay. Select adult area just need for sign showing it’s just for adult and límit the access of the non adult or non select area guest. Also entertainment needs improvement for the adult only area.
