Our stylish and modern luxury villa is located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. It is embedded in the lush hills of Sosua and Cabarete overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and it is just a hop skip and jump away from the attractive party town in Sosua the perfect party spot in the area.

Our Villa:
Our modern Mediterranean-style villa is a real eye-catcher. All 6 bedrooms have beautiful ocean or garden views, King/Queen pillow top mattresses, air conditioning, high ceilings, and safety-boxes. Each guest from child to adult gets to lounge around around in monogrammed robes and each guest receive courtesy bedroom slippers.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms each with Smart TVs Technology.

The balconies and main terrace give you a beautiful view of the ocean. It's furnished with custom rocking chairs to take in the morning views or benefit from the cool breeze.
From the top floor you can look directly into the big living room and entertainment room on the ground floor. The living room looks fantastic with its high ceiling. From there you have a beautiful view on the terrace and the magnificent 45 feet tiled pool with outside jacuzzi.

The villa also features a large gourmet style user friendly kitchen and elegant dining room with. The kitchen has everything you need. From serving dishes to for your dining pleasure to all the appliances of home. Downstairs are 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
For a quiet and relaxing evening, you can lie back in your own cozy entertainment room and watch your favorite program on a 60 inch Smart TV Technology. The large and spacious terrace provides space for a comfortable seating area and an incredible outdoor dining experience.

The outdoor sound system and stylish lighting provides for a perfect BBQ.

Come and enjoy the new chill out lounge with hammocks, or just hang around the pool and enjoy the caribbean sunset.

For our business men or friends that can't be without their social media, we provide free high speed internet (WIFI). We also have cellular phones available. Should the electrical power fail which happens at times, we have our own automatic generator for essentials. but often recommend a beach trip or pool lounging when this occurs.

All music must be turned down and taken inside the property by 10 PM. All complaints will result in a $100 fine per complaint.

FLEXIBLE RATES: Only pay for what you WANT, Villa de la Fiesta rents from 4 to 7 rooms. Base rent for a minimum of 4 rooms plus taxes& fees. If your group grows (and it will) the additional cost will be $95, per room, per night. Airport transportation, (STI & POP) All-day transportation & Translation services are available. Private Chef service is also based on the size of your group, with service starting at $100.00 per day. You pick the time the Menu number of meals and buy the food or give the money for the Chef to buy.
