Beautiful space, conveniently located, great host
The host was amazing. I had a couple random issues and he was great with advice and or finding what I needed. The room was clean and well appointed. Everyday items needed were well thought out and supplied. I cooked a number of times and was very happy with what was available in the kitchen.
I have limited mobility and the room was right near the ramp and easy to get to the pool or beach area. Nice pools, hot tub and beach access. I would gladly choose this vrbo again or another with the host.

Contruction and neighbor noise; housekeeping
Nice small unit, good for two people. Some things to note for future reference. From early in the morning to late in evening, construction noise was constant and loud. There was a construction fence over most of our backyard with a surprise occasional landscaper next to our patio. The neighbors above were up at all hours (10p-2 or 3a) pounding across the floor and dragging furniture. Other residents walking up and down outside hallway, very loud and noticeable in later hours. Housekeeping: glass shower had soap scum on all sides and door, dust and grit on all tile; shower pan had black floating dirt/dust.
