Room was very clean. We did have problems with electricity. It popped off twice. Second time was in night. Only outlets quit. Which did not allow my hearing aids to charge. We were moved to a different room and were very good about helping us move. The person that took care of luggage and ordered taxis for our group was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were great! Our original room was very noisy and they found a new quieter room that we were very happy with! The food was tasty and the staff were so fun! Loved the live music especially the cello player! Appreciated the 70-90s music that I can dance to!

Staff defined the hotel name, they all were fun spirited and friendly. Resort was well designed, having both adult only and families with children pools. Dining experiences were great. Activity choices were plenty. The only dissapointment was our room; yes it was clean, however very minimally furnished. No dresser, no rack to hang bathing suits, no mini fridge. For the price, providing these basic necessities for guests would not be a stretch. Improve this and you would have a 5 star hotel.

Very friendly staff, good food, always got loungers and umbrellas on the beach with lots of staff delivering drinks and food (tip them 20-40 pesos for 3 people). This is a smaller hotel with only 1 al a carte restaurant 1, no kids club, and no big nightly entertainment. Most guests were middle-aged Canadians like us and very few kids, which was the quiet, relaxed atmosphere we desired.

Staff are courteous. Room has a plenty of space and smart Tv is a big plus. Four restaurants, pizza, ice cream and coffee bar make every day special. Too many adult zones and adult pools which is good for adults, but not for families with middle aged kids. So we swim in the sea most of the time.

Overall a really good experience. Medium size hotel, nice beach, nice swimming pools, good food, good drinks, most of the waiters offered good service, housekeeper really nice. The activities' staff had great attitude. Hotel is in a good area, attractions nearby. Specialty restaurant, Frida, gave us a nice surprise dessert for our anniversary.
