This older and beautiful hotel sits in the heart of Old Town so is central to many fine restaurants and great shopping. The manager, Martha, is amazing. Garlands del Rio is a charming boutique hotel. It is their people that stand out and keep people coming back. Martha, Rico and Ivan are all exceptional. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and convenient to everything in the Zona Romantica. We were there during the cartel violence and the hotel staff kept us safe and secure. They did their best under extremely difficult situations. We definitely will return and visit them again.
