My room was not ready until 5, when check-in is at 3. Drinks were not offered upon arrival as printed on their website. The wait time at specialty restaurants were long, the swim up pool bar did not have ice at time of opening, the buffet restaurant did not have bottled water at time of opening. The hotel needs to improvement entertainment for adults. Overall, the hotel stay was great, I would stay there again.

The team members were very pleasant and willing to accommodate. The food was available at any hour and all times. There was a huge roach / water bug in our room upon arrival, and it seemed like everyday there was a new species of bug that came to attack the resort dead in the common hallways and on the balcony.

Beautiful resort! Very clean, the staff is all very friendly and attentive. Great family environment. The ocean/beach was amazing: super clear, so many fish! You could actually swim in the ocean!

Excellent service, wonderful staff, great food in both breakfast/lunch dining areas, restaurants, and outside as well. It's a really well-managed, customer service oriented place. Various activities, good gym, small and adequate gift shop, easy taxis downtown, etc.

Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel itself is great — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient too; it’s about a 15-minute drive to the city, so it worked well for my plans. However, I did notice an issue with the food handling that needs attention. While eating at the little Volkswagen BUS burger place on the property, I saw the cook preparing a burger and then handling raw chicken with his bare hands. Without washing his hands, he then grabbed cheese to put on the burger he was cooking. This cross-contamination is concerning, especially since I noticed other reviews mentioning guests getting sick from food poisoning. I think the hotel would really benefit from providing additional training to their kitchen staff on proper food safety and hygiene practices. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay — but I hope they address this issue to ensure the health and safety of their guests.

We had the best time ever. Highly recommend the Hilton. It is in the best location in PV. The ocean is beautiful and clean and warm. The restaurants are all excellent and the service is fantastic. Best trip ever!

The staff was amazing & the beach was nice HOWEVER the food option was very disappointing. Breakfast was amazing, lunch was good but there was nothing open for dinner other than the restaurants with reservations that had none open and available. We ended up ordering room service almost every night. I’ve never seen anything like that before

Nice views, nice beach. ok pools, horrible pool bar, horrible drinks available. Very few choices and very low quality of beer and liquors included only cheap stuff. Nice entertainment and activities. Not many choices on restaurants in property. Staff not friendly, it seemed as if they did not care. Would not stay here again.

Service was exellent from front desk to pool service , and restaurant service as well. all of our large group that visit the Hilton are going back and stay there again !. amazing view, beach front view from all rooms . Figure out where everything is located and use the website to see what nightly entertainment they are having each day. It was super easy to reserve the restaurants or call room sevice. We had an absolute blast at this location. We stayed 5 days and the food, cleanliness, and service was great. We will definitely be coming back here again.
