all i can say is i fly standby with the airlines so i got stuck an extra night! i slept so well and your staff was so awesome. the night before my flight cancelled and not a good experience with a different hotel but i highly recommend mio, it was great! the food was awesome! i’d rather stay at the Mio than an all inclusive

The staff were wonderful. Friendly service at check in and rooftop pool bar excellent and attentive. The hallway was a bit dark upon arrival but not an issue. This is our first visit to Mio and will definitely return.

Before staying at the Mio I had done my research and read through the majority of the reviews and they were bang on. This is a great hotel for the cost, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the traffic noise didn’t bother me. They were accommodating and moved one of the gals in my party that it did bother to a top floor room that was quieter. The only complaint was the pool was to warm it was like a bath. Other than that it was a great experience! Staff were fantastic.

We really enjoyed our seven night stay. We added the daily breakfast… and enjoyed the variety. Friendly staff. Clean property and room. Comfortable bed. Amazing city and ocean view from the 8th floor. Very walkable with a grocery store across the street and a mall a 5 minute walk away. Amazing pool, and easy access to the beach through their sister hotel. Overall quiet, with some road noise… but certainly not a deal breaker. Lots of dining options, all walkable. We will definitely stay at Hotel Mio Vallarta again! Thank you. 🙏

Great option as a solo female traveler. Shopping, groceries and great restaurants within walking distance. Easy to Uber into more central areas. The rooftop pool was fantastic.. could have spent all of my time there. Rooms were huge and staff were great. The building is older and a bit rundown in places but the hotel shines in other ways :)

Quick drive from airport, 10 minute's. Liked Adult Only. Pool area is nice and chill. Note you need to walk through another hotel to get to beach, This hotel does not have chairs available on the beach, hence the liwer price. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. The all inclusive breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food items. The pool on the roof top is beautiful and clean. The hotel is located on a very busy 10 lane highway so it’s quite loud with traffic so if you’re a light sleeper then this isn’t the hotel for you.

Pool was closed one day to any hotel guests because of a special dinner event that you had to pay over $100 to attend .. Hotel advised multiple times that they refunded the deposit charged at check in, but they did not

Loved this hotel, will be coming back again. The roof top pool was our favorite as well as the staff. The room was very large and clean, as well as modern. The hotel was also close to the top restaurants in Vallarta. Definitely recommend staying here!

The hot tub water was gross and had major bubbles floating in it. Also the temperature of the hot tub was only a few degrees warmer than the pool. The hot tub and how popular it is could be drained cleaned and chemical added daily

Everyone was so friendly & the breakfast food was great, as well as the rooftop patio food. So easy to get to romantic zone. Staff were super helpful. Very loud was the only downfall, but amazing otherwise! Would def visit again!
