No refriderator, I requested one for my medicine! No ice machine, no vending machines. Extra service charge upon arrival. Not friendly, has diaharri for 4 days then sick the rest, throwing up etc. Unpleasant stopped eating and drinking there. The beach towel had a big hole in it.

Staff support lacking. Cannot get ice from the bar for water. Paid 10 pesos for a plastic cup. Towel lady was extremely unfriendly. There were never towels avaliable. Pool chairs sat empty with towels on to reserve so sitting by the pool was difficult. Knowledge of area restaurants was poor. Alex the server was amazing friendly and helpful. Not likely to return.

The beach view was great! The problem at check in is they charged me an extra $70 US for hospitality to let my friend stay for 3 nights. Charged me $13 US for hospitality. I know I don't speak spanish but they were very rude. Unwelcoming!

The bed was really firm and the pillows were too tall and firm so we had sore necks and backs every morning. Also, there are no mini fridges available for the rooms. Other than that, it’s a great location and a beautiful hotel.
