Our room was amazing as we had our own private pool. The staff are excellent and so darn nice. There was some cartel violence during our stay, and the very limited staff that worked around the clock ROCKED even through their fears, lavk of sleep, and not being able to leave to go home to their families. Is it an older hotel?Yes, are they renovating and doing upgrades?Yes, but despite all that, we are most definitely coming back year after year. This is our place.

We are from Canada, and the pool/beach activities fella, Danny, was awesome. He was great with my kids, and even gave them keychains the morning we left. We enjoyed our stay, the food was a amazing and such a variety of options. The staff are friendly, and spoke well English even for our kids to visit with. The bartenders were great and there was always staff cleaning and tidying up all areas of the resort.

Didn’t enjoy the raccoons running through the restaurant at night or jumping on my beach lounger along with the giant iguanas that would climb up on chairs, and take a swim in the pool . Our oceanfront room had a plastic table and chair , yes 1 chair inside . Bathroom shower stall leaked under the glass into the room. Shall I go on?

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this resort deserves it. The ocean views were stunning, the food was excellent, and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. The rooms, pools, and dining options were all exceptional. It’s also a wonderful place for families—our kids especially enjoyed the gaming station. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable vacation Drinks were amazing.

Staff wasn’t friendly. There is construction going on next door. Thats no where mentioned. They gave us room construction facing but after multiple requests they changed it. Overall below average stay. Restaurants not kids friendly & kids friendly timings book super quick. Will not stay again.
