This luxuriously appointed unit is equipped with an incredible 650 sqft oceanview terrace, marble kitchen, strong mesh Wifi system, separate TV room, and retractable glass walls for al-fresco living. Guests can enjoy Indah's resort amenities while escaping to their stunning indoor-outdoor oasis.

The amenities at Indah set it apart from nearly every other condo in Puerto Vallarta. Unwind at one of the two oceanview infinity pools and two hot tubs, including the stunning rooftop infinity pool soaring above the bay. You can dine at the restaurant from 8am-10pm and enjoy delicious food and snacks or relax on a cushioned lounger, day bed, - or order room service directly to your suite. The Restaurant is credit or debit card only.



The resort amenities include ample sun loungers with umbrellas, daybeds, poolside bar service, a fully equipped gym, and a massage studio. You may find yourself never leaving the tower!



This penthouse features an open concept floorplan, allowing for incredible ocean or mountain views from nearly every room in the suite. The condo features many unique editions including an ice maker and wine cooler, bathtub, BBQ, walk-in closets, and a glassed-in TV room.

Guest Access:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



A $518 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.



Starting March 1st, all renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest IDs at the entrance.



Guests can use all resort amenities including pools, lounging areas, restaurant & bar, gym, and massage studio. Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.



The Neighborhood:

The tower is located in Conchas Chinas, the most exclusive neighbourhood in Puerto Vallarta, and includes 24hr security.



It's a 3 minute Uber to the heart of the action but still located in a tranquil area away from noise and crowds. The tower is just a 2-3 minute walk from some of Puerto Vallarta's most quiet and picturesque beaches including Conchas Chinas beach, and a short walk to the famous Playa Los Muertos.



Getting Around:

The tower is located 3 minutes from the heart of Zona Romantica by Uber or Taxi, or a 15-minute walk on a quiet cobblestone street.



Other Things to Note:

RESTAURANTS:

- The 3rd-floor bar opens at 14:00h and dinner service at 18:00h to 21:30h.

- The rooftop terrace Restaurant & Bar is open 08:00h - 18:00h.

- Room Service from 8:00h to 22:00h.



IMPORTANT House Rules:

- speakers are not allowed at the pool

- strict quiet hours after 11pm

- no music on the balcony any time

- no smoking in building including balconies

- no parties
