Se me hace un muy buen hotel, diseñado principalmente para gente que vamos de trabajo. Muy bien ubicado pues esta a menos de 300 metros del aeropuerto. Incluso pense que seria ruidoso hospedarme ahi por el ruido de los aviones o bien de la avenida principal por donde pasa practicamente todo el trafico a PV, pero no fue asi. Los vuelos son a cierta hora y no se escucha nada de afuera. El desayuno sumamente bueno y sustancial. La habitacion si bien pequeña, cuenta con todo lo necesario para descansar comodamente. Lo unico que no me gusto es que el estacionamiento es limitado, pues hay a lo mucho unos 25 cajones y como esta en la parte trasera del hotel, tienes que llegar por una rampa por donde llegas y por donde sales. Si se llena tienes que buscar afuera. Yo quise salir a cenar al centro y la verdad me abstuve de hacerlo pues luego no tendria lugar para estacionarme.

This hotel is all about convenience. We were able to walk from the airport in 15 mins, to avoid worrying about overpriced taxi fare. The hotel is very basic with no frills but clean and tidy. 1 min walk to grocery store, pharmacy, taxi stand, restaurants, whatever you need. I would highly recommend it for convenience and saving money. I didn't like how small my room was and there was no air conditioning but it was adequate. Excellent breakfast options. Great food.

October 13 late check-in

Check in experience was disappointing. No clerk at the front desk. After several minutes waiting, another non employee told us he was in the restroom. Once he showed up, he ignored us and began to look for something in several drawers for several minutes and eventually asked if we had a reservation. I said yes and gave him my ID. He gave me the room key and the room number and that was it. No greet, no thank you, no have a nice stay. The hotel was nice and clean. Just poor customer service.

The hotel staff were amazing. Excellent service and I was well taken care of. The location of the hotel is directly beside the airport so it is great for arriving and departing flights as it is a short 5 minute walk to the airport. There is a casino in the same building as the hotel and limited dining options around the hotel. The Marina is about a 15 minute walk away or a short taxi ride.

Easiest check in I've experienced in a long time. Front desk staff was amazing!! Unfortunately, both rooms we had smelled really bad like smoke. So, we went back to the lobby and we were given rooms that were great! High for, very clean, view of the ocean. But, no towels in the rooms. Staff and service was excellent. Location of the hotel is not great but it is directly beside the airport and the price is very reasonable.
