This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor (7 floors in the building) comes with an open plan kitchen and living room. We have the best rooftop pool with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.
The space This state-of-the-art flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with two flex bedrooms which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.

PIER 306 is located on the 3rd floor of the PIER 57 building, offering guests easy access to a variety of shared amenities, including a gym, a rooftop pool, and communal lounge areas. The condo's location combines the advantages of privacy with the convenience of being part of a vibrant community.
Any noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.

*SECURITY DEPOSIT -On arrival, we ask for a $1,000 USD security deposit, refundable at check out in case of no damages (It has to be done at check-in with a physical credit card), otherwise, we send the confirmation email with the pre-check-in form and can be paid online. (Both methods will be returned 3 days after checkout.)

If you would like we will also give you a tour of the rooftop pool area.
Virtual includes that you can arrive anytime after 3 pm. -When you arrive in the lobby you will be required to sign an agreement to the rules of the building. -Then you may go to your apartment which is accessed via doorcode. All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email one day before the check-in.
CLEANING: Daily cleaning is included in your reservation. -The cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You need to schedule your cleaning through your guest portal or by contacting us directly. -Cleaning is not available on Sundays or holidays. -Cleaning services include: making the beds, sweeping and mopping the unit, programming the dishwasher (dishes should be inside), and providing clean towels. -Cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning. -If you would like the housekeepers to clean the kitchen or wash the dishes it has an extra cost of $50 USD per day. -Dirty dishes or kitchen after check out will be an additional cost. -Any extra cleaning service that you might need during your stay can be provided for an extra fee, just ask in advance. -If the apartment is left extra dirty there will be an extra fee applied after check out dependent upon how long it takes for the cleaning team to return the apartment to its normal state.
AMENITIES -We provide some courtesy drinks upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are free and they are only provided once at check-in. -We provide L’Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise you will be charged per bottle. -We provide five-star hotel towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that cannot be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it.
CHECK OUT: 11 am All pertinent information regarding the checkout will be provided via email one day before the checkout. If you want a late check out please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for late checkout.
-At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will charge through your reservation. -Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with someone from the team to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost through your guest portal. If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee.

I had the BEST stay! So much so, that I decided to book a reservation for two more nights. Alila is amazing. Attentive, caring, professional, organized. Emanuel and Michelle are fantastic. The Pier 57 staff is wonderful, especially Rosy and Lalo and Flavio(?), at the pool bar! The condo itself is beautiful with an amazing view. I absolutely LOVED staying there, and I would highly recommend it. I would absolutely book there again. Thank you for an excellent vacation!

Mediocre apartment and deceptive fees
The apartment ( which is really a one bedroom at best) lacked most standard provisions such as a coffee maker and even a trash can in the kitchen. The housekeeping service was not adequate and they took all the towels, which were not replaced.
Then I paid for an early check in and check out, Only to find out that it only covered a minimal extra time, even when the unit was available for the next night
Would not recommend this property or manager.

The location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of Old Town. There is a club below the balcony that was a little loud a couple times, but manageable. The rooftop pool was huge and wasn't ever too crowded. The door to the main bedroom doesn't completely close off to the living/kitchen area so if there are other occupants in the room, you can hear everything in the other room.

Love the unit, beds comfortable, very clean and sparse. Great small patio with folding chair type furniture. Location and rooftop exactly as pictured and beyond beautiful- area walkable with amazing restaurants, so close to beach. Other than not cozy deck furniture, downside was in large bedroom, shades pull-down but only blackout in bedroom for privacy, no way to fully be private in bedroom as there is no separator and sheer shades in main area so neighbors can see in. Really not a huge deal for us but for very private people could be an issue. Bring eye shades.

If you are interested in the night life of Puerto Vallarta, this location is in the heart of Zona Romantica. Lots of restaurants, bars and nightly music.
Room has minimal storage and seating. One couch in the living area. No dressers and one closet. Minimal kitchen supplies. AMAZING rooftop pool!

Fantastic views and spectacular roof pool in a great area but then…
Not a single chair in the unit-ridiculous
One tv in 2nd bedroom. Lay down or sit on edge of bed. There were 4 uncomfortable wooden bar stools. Balcony had two metal folding chairs and a small table. Shampoo and conditioner on floor in shower, no shelves. 2nd bedroom has no closet and no drawers.
In kitchen 2nd shelves are unreachable for normal people. Don’t plan on making meals there very much. One spoon and one spatula. Knives were sharp though. Front door is unfinished with no face plates. Looks like a trailer park with door open. Sliding doors stick and one of the blinds is inoperable. While we liked the building, clearly this unit is trying to maximize revenue. They were so proud to tell us they gave us a free bottle of water, one coke, and one beer
