This was my first time visiting puerto and I loved it. Hotel caters to family and elderly. Not a young people establishment. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and it is in a perfect location. Breakfast buffet was great. Next time I will probably pick an adults only property. Otherwise great hotel for what it is.

The location can’t be beat, the bed was large and comfy and the A/C worked. Staff were great! Shout out to Juan, one of the first friendly faces, who helped me to my room with my bags. He noticed the safe wasn’t working and immediately called maintenance to fix it…they were in and out in 15 min! The only thing I would fault them on is a lack of certain amenities such as a kettle/ coffee maker to make coffee/tea and perhaps some Kleenex in the bathroom. Also, the room I chose and the room I got were quite different: they’re slowly renovating the hotel and I got one of the yet to be renovated rooms… very dark in bathroom and dim throughout. But all in all, those few things didn’t affect my holiday at all!

Room smelled musty. Bed very uncomfortable. Majority of staff unfriendly. Especially bar tenders! Jorge at front desk was great! The water pressure in shower is the worse I've ever experienced. Ive stayed at 3 other hotels in zona romantica and all were much better !

An outdated, overpriced hotel to avoid
Pros: Good location on the beach, private pool, and walking distance to nightlife. Cons: The rooms and general condition of the hotel is really bad—exposed wiring, broken floors and showers. You can not bring guests to your room—there are at least 2 security guards stationed at the entrance at all times and they check for your hotel wristband. No exceptions. The “vibe” for this hotel is very family and elderly couple. They do exercise classes for seniors in the pool a few times a week. The decor everywhere is photos of Jesus, Mary and praying religious figures. The price for the room was absolutely not worth it, compared to other hotels in the area.
