Over 1 million dollars condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! Home is on the beach, wrapped around balconies with view of the ocean and Banderas bay. 4 bedrooms including 2 master suite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The Peninsula Puerta Vallarta is a three-tower residential community in the Hotel Zone of Puerta Vallarta.

Floor to ceiling glass doors, wrap around balconies. You may watch many types of birds, skydivers, para-sailers, whales and dolphins swim by. The infinity pool that stretches in front of three towers is the largest swimming pool in Puerto Vallarta. The pool is overlooks the ocean with wading pool for baby and toddlers to play. Outdoor jacuzzi and palapas on the beach. Foods and drinks services are available at pool side. The club brings vacation vibes to guests (our unit at the 6th floor allows you enjoy party vibe, especially their fireworks on Saturday nights). We recommend guests who don’t like club music to spend time on beach, pool, Jacuzzi or explore Malecon and have dinners at many great restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. The apartment and building were 10/10 but the two big bummers are that 1. There is a beach club blasting music next door and made nap times for my toddler almost impossible. And 2. It is next to a river that drains all the sewage of the are and made the beach’s water dark and muddy.

Absolutely beautiful property! Richard, the owner, was in great contact from before our arrival until the day we left. Oswaldo, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and even shared tips on local activities and attractions. Richard also sent us a list of their personal favorites in the area, which was a wonderful touch.Our only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was down during part of our stay. However, Richard, Oswaldo, and his brother Armando communicated quickly and worked hard to get it fixed as fast as possible.The property itself is spacious, well-stocked, and offers the most incredible views. The only downside is that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, there’s a club just below that plays loud music from about 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Otherwise, it’s a truly stunning place to stay.

Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

The owners communicated and responded quickly with any questions I had. They also sent emails with suggestions on places to eat since we had never been there. Extremely pleased with the spa services available on the property. Reasonably priced and massage was so great we all booked a second one. Very relaxing stay…. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

The living space, views, staff , amenities, beach and location were absolutely perfect. The owners and condo manager were extremely helpful and very responsive to messaging and calls. Would highly recommend. I would not plan to be there again near Holy Week due to loud music.

The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays.

Filthy and maintenance needed-owner refused to make right

Floors were filthy and the bed linen was soiled and torn. Bathroom sink didn’t drain and mold was all around the faucet handles. The bathroom ceiling fan had an inch of fuzzy dirt caked on it. Toilet seat in one bathroom not attached and broken in another room. Bathtub/spa had a significant leak so couldn’t be used. dishwasher didn’t work. Washing machine scooted across the floor and made a terrible racket. The music from the business right next door was torture but my issues are the condition of this place. Ice maker didn’t work. The reason the place is in this condition and no attempt to make customer happy is because they are going to remodel and sell. I have never stayed in a place that was so filthy. So glad we did not end up bringing home bed bugs. I should mention that we contacted the maintenance guy three times to get a toilet seat . It took 4 days!

The condo was beautiful, exactly as shown! We had such a great time and saw whales and dolphins right from the balcony numerous times! The complex was perfect for us, we enjoyed the massages & pedicures as well! The kitchen is fully stocked- we especially loved the air fryer & used it daily! The condo had games for us to play as well. The pool was perfect. Only wish- is for kayaks to be available & binoculars.

Amazing Vallarta Condo!!

We stayed in this amazing condo for 2 weeks, and it was wonderful in every way! Well appointed, great location, incredible views of the Bay and the ocean. All of the amenities were first-class from the workout area to the spa. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!! Richard is an excellent host and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

Location, location, location!!!

The luxury condominium was incredibly amazing and the view! We had the most gorgeous sunrise’s and sunsets! The condominium is big, there were 8 of us total and we had plenty of room and our own space! The security and Oswaldo and Armando were great . Looking forward to staying at the Peninsula Condos with Richard and Amiee.soon!

Perfect family vacation

The building was in great shape and the people were so warm and helpful. The unit is just as it appears in the listing other than a couple of minor issues. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The infinity pool was better than expected. Ubers are cheap so staying away from the action was not a problem.
