It is full of charm and beautifully nestled on the top floor of a brick-walled estate ... offers its guests an unparalleled living experience. A prefect example of Vallartas golden era of architecture this open air residence offers complete privacy and a sense of calm, while being only a short ten minute walk from old town.
A continuous wrap around terrace flows seamlessly with the property's extensive tropical gardens and sumptuous outdoor spaces, creating a one of a kind setting for the ultimate in tropical getaways. The jewel of the outdoor spaces is the heated pool and lounge area featuring a double king sized sunbed nestled under a large palapa. With several additional recliners around the pool, there is no shortage of places to sit and follow the sun.
The gardens of Villa Ladera have been maturing for over 50 years. Large palm trees, potted plants, creeping vines, flowers, ferns, bougainvillea, ginger plants, orchids, along with many other beautiful flowers and greenery line multiple terraces and walkways throughout the property.
