Modern home in the South of France with its own private swimming pool
Well maintained detached villa with private pool near Villeneuve sur Lot. Villa Garonne is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The villa stands on a site of approximately 4000 m2 and has several terraces. There is a separate garage for two cars on the property. Very suitable for families with children. Villa Garonne is suitable for 8 people (+ possibly 2 children).
Inside
Spacious central hall with cloakroom with access to the living room and kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The holiday home has a sunny, fresh atmosphere. The living room is spacious and has a sitting area with a three-seater sofa, 2 spacious armchairs and a large dining table. Of course, WIFI, TV and DVD are not missing. As an extension of the living room is a nice open kitchen with a view of the swimming pool. Next to the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and an extra freezer. From the living room there is access to the sunny terrace via large sliding doors on both sides.
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 so-called Master bedroom with private bathroom. The format is as follows; On the ground floor (in the right wing) is bedroom 1 with double bed (180×200) and private bathroom (luxury shower with massage jets, double sink) and separate toilet, in addition there is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 persons ( 160x200). The other 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Two bedrooms here have two single beds (180×200) and the third bedroom has a loft bed with two beds of 90x200, where the lower bed can be pulled out, creating a single bed. On the 1st floor is a bathroom with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet on the 1st floor.
Outside
At Garonne you will find a terrace at the front and rear with dining table and chairs and lounge sofas. Around the private swimming pool (with alarm system) there are lovely loungers to completely relax and enjoy the view and tranquility. You can park your car(s) on the private property near the villa and in the garage. In the garage there is a pool table, a table football and a table tennis table.

Très belle maison, idéale pour des vacances reposantes entre amis
Maison avec de très belles prestations. Chambres avec des grands lits et des dressing, grand séjour salle à manger salon. Nous avons séjourné à 6adultes et 3 enfants en bas âge. Bien équipé, idéale!
