We warmly welcome you to our new holiday home, La Perla, beautifully decorated with style and love. This two-story villa is perfect for a relaxing family vacation with your children. The property features 4 well-equipped bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom, accommodating up to 8 people. On the second floor, you'll find a spacious and cozy terrace with a view of the city of Pula. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and sofa, a dining area, a laundry room, a beautifully furnished bedroom, and a bathroom. The interior design is kept in simple elegance. From the living area, you have direct access to the outdoor space, where you'll find a covered dining terrace with a charcoal grill for relaxed barbecue evenings. Cool off in the swimming pool and relax on the sun loungers. A playground and a trampoline are available for our little guests. Parking is provided on the private property. We are delighted to welcome you as one of our first guests in our holiday home. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in diesem Haus, in dem alles vorhanden war was man braucht. Wir hatten schon viele Ferienwohnungen / Häuser gemietet aber in diesem war die Ausstattung am besten! Leider wurde das in der Anzeige nicht so angegeben, somit hatten wir alles selbst dabei. Was es nicht gebraucht hätte. Also eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind da. Jegliches scharfe Messer was man braucht. Sämtliche Gewürze zum kochen, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Schwämme, Töpfe und ausreichend Besteck und Teller. Zwei Kaffemaschinen (Filter und Kapsel) jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad mit Fön und Duschgel Shampoo, Handtücher. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und gepflegt. Die Kids hatten einen riesigen Spaß. Die Lage ist super! Man kann im Westen an den Strand als auch an den Osten und alles in 15-20 Minuten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern läuft auf Englisch und per WhatsApp app immer erreichbar. Also Fünf verdiente Sterne.
