We stayed here as a group of 11 and found the house to be very well organised and spacious. It comfortably accommodated us all, and we especially appreciated having different areas available so that people could enjoy privacy or gather in smaller groups when they wished.The sleeping arrangements worked well overall. All beds were fine, although the cot was not the most comfortable – it was sufficient for a small child but might not suit an older one.The outdoor kitchen was an absolute highlight – well-equipped and a joy to use! We also loved the pool area, which gave us many wonderful moments together. The pool itself has a slightly coarse surface, so children needed beach shoes while playing, but this did not stop us from enjoying it fully.The trampoline was not used during our stay, as it seemed a bit old and worn, but with everything else available, we didn’t miss it.What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness. They responded to every question and request with warmth, positivity, and a genuine eagerness to make our stay unforgettable.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would warmly recommend this holiday home.

Great villa that fit the bill

We had a great stay and the villa is conveniently located close enough to town, and easy walking distance to supermarkets and bakery. The pool was a great design, in particular the paddling pool for little ones but it was really rough at certain point. Lots of scuffs and scrapes on the kids which was a bit of a shame

Beyond expectations

10 people stayed comfortably here’ Pictures do not do it justice. The villa is huge, clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Pula itself is a great place to explore. It is also a perfect place to do day trips from. Will return for sure.

Das war unser ersten Aufenthalt dort und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe sind Lebensmittel Geschäfte, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind Sehr ruhige Lage und doch Central .Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool-Sauberkeit 1 a

Wir hatten eine Woche Anfang Juni 2025 gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und war für uns einfach perfekt.Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen.

!!Traumhaft schön!!

Der Urlaub war der Knaller, das Haus ein absoluter Traum. Die Räume sind klimatisiert und sehr großzügig, Villa eben!Die Ausstattung ist weit über gehobenen Standard und im top Zustand. Die Außenküche ist der Hammer, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd und Grill, dazu eine grandiose Sitzgruppe.Der Pool oder eher gesagt die Poolanlage bietet alles was man zum abkühlen braucht und die Außendusche rundet das kühle Nass perfekt ab.Das Haus ist super gelegen, fernab der Touri-Hochburg und alles ist für den täglichen Gebrauch fußläufig zu erreichen.Wir hatten unsere Hunde dabei. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, die Vierbeiner haben keine Chance zu entkommen :-) Es gibt ausreichend Schatten und sehr viel Platz!Der Kontakt zu Frau Erman war zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet, unkompliziert und sehr sehr nett.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, da es noch vieles in Pula und Umgebung zu entdecken gibt.

Sehr schönes Anwesen , genügend Platz für Familie Freunde

Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend , das Haus war sauber und ordentlich ! Der Pool ist Ende September eher kalt , aber wie heißt es nur die harten kommen in den Garten . Waren täglich in dem Pool , die Terasse und die Outdoor Küche sind hervorragend . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichen ca 2,5km , die Stadt ist genauso weit entfernt . Fazit wir würden wieder kommen .

Sehr gut

Hatten einen schönen Urlaub bei Familie Ermann. Das Haus ist genau wie in der Beschreibung / Photos. Alles sehr sauber Hatten 2 große Sonnenschirme am Pool, die wir auch brauchten. Frau Ermann war immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und Probleme wurden schnellstens behoben. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen!

Super Urlaub

Wir haben als Familie in dem Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und es wurde immer schnell reagiert. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche war top Ausgestattet. Der Pool war perfekt für uns. Im wirlpool konnte man super entspannen und im Kinderbecken hatten die Kids viel Spaß. Der Große Pool hatte auch eine schöne Tiefe wo man stehen konnte. Das war uns wichtig weil meine Oma nicht schwimmen kann. Ich hatte es schon in vorherigen Bewertungen gelesen und muss dem zustimmen das der Pool etwas rau ist das man sich wenn man viel drin ist die ganzen Hornhaut von den Füßen holt. Für kleine Kinder würde ich da Badeschuhe empfehlen. Es waren draußen 10 Liegen mit Auflagen und eine bequeme Couch im Schatten. Für die Kids gab es ein Trampolin das fanden wir auch echt klasse. Hauptsächlich haben wir die outdoor Küche genutzt. Verschiedensten Strände und auch das Zentrum Pula waren nach ca 10 - 15 min erreicht. Wir fanden den Felsenstrand sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug die schnell erreichbar sind (intaspar, Lidl, kaufland). Wir haben den Urlaub total genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Viel Platz super ausgestattetes Haus für Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie super geeignet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist super. Sie ist jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Bäder sind sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider sind nur 2 Schlafräume mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, wenn jedoch tagsüber diese laufen und die angrenzenden Räume offen stehen, kühlen auch diese etwas ab. Die zwei Küchen in den Wohnräumen sind sehr modern, funktionsfähig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Lediglich der Ofen in der Außenküche hat so seine Probleme größere Mahlzeiten (für 10 Personen) zu erwärmen. Sonnenschirme am Pool und ein Staubsauger wären noch nett gewesen. Lage der Unterkunft ist völlig in Ordnung, man erreicht das Stadtzentrum, Badebuchten/-Strände und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir würden diese Unterkunft empfehlen und auch wieder buchen.

Super schönes Haus

Ein ganz tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und Liegen. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr, sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist top und war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und kam sofort wenn wir sie gebraucht haben. Es gibt zwei Indoor Küchen und eine große Outdoor Küche, voll ausgestattet. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. (super gepflegte Gehwege) Überdachte Parkplätze sind vor der Tür.

Wirklich gutes Objekt

Ruhige Lage, günstig gelegen zum Kap Kamenjak, zu Supermärkten und der Stadt Pula. Sehr gute Verwaltung: präzise, sie reagiert sofort, verläßlich. Das Objekt ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr sauber. Gute Bäder. Erstklassige Poolpflege. Einzige Kritik gilt der Raumaufteilung: oben rechts 3 Schlafräume mit Bad, Eßzimmer, Küche - oben links 3 Schlafräume mit Bad, Wohnraum und sehr kleine Küche unten. Also 2 Küchen im Haus, aber für eine große Familie (wir waren 1o Personen) jede für sich zu klein. Bei 2 Nutzergruppen vielleicht passend. Aber sehr positiv: - 3 Kühlschränke mit TK-Fächern! - Airco in einigen Räumen - Viele Sitzgelegenheiten (aber nicht so für 10 Personen an einem Tisch) - gut funktionierende Abfallentsorgung Ein guter Urlaub rundherum!
