Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance. On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point. However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.
