Immersed in the quiet 450 meters from the Scoglio del Coccodrillo, 800 meters from the white public beach of Il Gabbiano, Villa Salentu is a former riding school built in 1957 where thoroughbred horses were bred. In June 2024 the renovation and energy requalification was completed and now it is a two-story villa divided into 3 independent mini apartments: Lu Sule, Lu Mare, Lu Ientu, which overlook a 10 thousand square meter plot bordering the sea: during the day the view of the sea is breathtaking, at night the view of the starry sky is a real luxury.
Lu Sule is a small and cozy independent studio apartment of 15 square meters on the first floor with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Consisting of a queen-size bed (120cm), a kitchenette and a bathroom with a very original panoramic view.
The host is called Walter and he is the one who takes care of the reception and takes care of his guests. Both in summer and winter.
The property is full of open spaces, including private parking.
