The staff was very friendly and attentive! The food was delicious and there were so many different restaurant options to choose from. Humberto from Amstar made booking the excursions and transport a breeze! He was the best! I would definitely stay again My 2 cons would be that the beds were really hard and we did find roaches in our room, but I also understand that the climate and all the food around the resort contribute to that. Overall it was a great trip!

We had an amazing stay at Bahía Príncipe Fantasía! The service was truly exceptional — every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a fun day. The food was delicious and always fresh, with plenty of options to satisfy every palate. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were never disappointed. Entertainment was also enjoyable, especially for families with kids. While the focus is definitely on children’s activities (which were great!), it would have been nice to have more entertainment options geared toward adults as well. The kids club was a hit with lots of fun activities — we only wish the hours were a bit longer or offered in two sessions to allow more flexibility for parents. Overall, a wonderful experience for families and we would absolutely recommend it!

Bahia Principe Fantasia rooms need a lot of maintenance. I would say an upgrade immediately. It's sad, the rest of the common areas are very nice, the people who work there are nice, the food and service in general are good but the rooms are a disaster. I won't return to the Fantasia any more until they remodeling. I would recommend to check with the hotel before do the reservation.

Me and my family had an incredible time every thing was close by staff was very friendly food was very good a lot of options. A lot of activity’s planned out through out our stay very happy with our choice. Just one thing wish they didn’t have so many sales people selling different packages for other vacations in the lobby.

While ordering food from "The Truck" the server kept putting our food on one plate as if we didn't place three different orders. When I confronted her about it, she refused to fix the issue. I had to go back and replace my order until we got what we wanted.The next day we went back for lunch, at "The Truck", ordered three separate meals, just for the server to place our meals on one plate yet again. Mind you I don't eat meat, and she literally placed my meal in with the meat meals my siblings ordered for themselves. I confronted her about her actions yet again, one of the staff handed her back the plate and she took the plate back just to put the food on three small plate. I literally had to ask for a supervisor to make a complaint. This was very unprofessional and I honestly feel as though we were being targeted because this happened to no other family members. The supervisor did step in however to speak to the staff and had her prepare three separate meal as we requested. The hotel was doing renovations on most of the things I picked the hotel for. The teen loft was not open due to renovations nor was the game center. Wish the hotel mentioned that ahead of time. The 24 hour gym was never 24 hours it closed at 10:00pm. The beach had too many seaweed. The sales people on the beach was always interrupting our peace, even after saying no to what they were selling, they would still try and convince us to say yes. It was so hard to relax on the beach with that.

Great property for families. The dining options where great there was something for everyone in our family. The beach was unfortunately full of seaweed but we did see staff actively trying to clean every day. The rooms where clean. The only down side where the vendors at the beach, they made relaxing really hard, constantly coming up to you even tho we had previously declined purchases.

We had a fantastic stay with my family. I recommend the resort for anyone with children. The kids club and thr staff there was amazing. Lots of activities for the kkds, very safe, and very attentive. Beach is not on resort but they will take you in a golfcart. For food we had italian, Tequila, restaurant, Brazilian, steakhouse, and were all fantastic. Our favorite 2 were the Tequila and Brazilian. We would go back again. We got the 1st floor room and that was a plus especially with smaller children. The pool area was clean and fun for children and adults. Will go back again!
