Staff was amazing but food was terrible, where they had the buffet was disgusting. It is being remodeled for next year so i hope it gets better for future guest. Reservation for a large group for restaurant was impossible i stood for 7 days and i was not able to be accommodate

The staff was great, the property and entertainment was wonderful. My room was wonderful and the location the pools and beach was great from where my room was located. The transport access was convenient. My only complaint was the food. Although there was a lot of options unfortunately it wasn't great. Especially the buffer areas. However overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

This was my first trip to Punta Cana and the staff at the Bahia was wonderful..everyone was so helpful. I love that there were many activities every day.. i definitely will be back in 2026

Let's start with the food, it could use more flavoring. You would find more flavorful food outside the resort. The desserts were mediocre. The staff could be trained better. Front desk should smile and greet guest instead of questioning the size of your reservation not realizing that they offer a family suite. They could also do better with check-in, not needing to come back at 5pm to check-in the minor children and wasting all that time back in that line. They should also leave some first floor availability for the ones that need to stay away from stairs. No elevators available in any unit. The lobby, auditorium, and dinning do not need bigger chandeliers, they need big ceiling fans similar to the ones in the airport. The entertainment is also mediocre if not terrible. Went in July the beach was full of seaweed and not safe to swim in.

The room was not a 2 bedroom it was 1 bedroom and a living room with a pull out couch. The A/C was terrible and all the beds were hard. The left sink did not drain properly.

Needs to follow hygienic rules when handling food. Guests well being and health should be first. All workers that interact with Guests must understand some form of English, some day AC not working and others light not working. What a vacation we both get sick and needs medical attention.

This was the worst vacation experience I have ever booked, especially considering it was rated as a four star. It claimed to be all-inclusive with access to restaurant dining with reservations. However, they were only giving me two dinners for the six days that we were staying there. The room was dirty with bugs and geckos running around in the room and our sheets smelled of mildew. The food was so disgusting all of us got sick and were forced to leave after two days. Completely ruined our vacation.

I was very disappointed to find that I had to pay extra for a dinner and evening entertainment at an all-inclusive resort. The whole point of choosing an all-inclusive package is to have everything — meals, drinks, and entertainment — included in the price. Having to pay out of pocket for a fairly cheap dinner and basic evening show completely defeats the purpose and feels misleading.

Rude staff. Dinning options are not very many. Rooms were dirty when we arrived. Did I mention that the staff is extremely rude? Ordered pick up for laundry and never happened. I felt all the time that I was an inconvenience for the staff. Food undercooked, specialy burgers. Overcrowded, there is no space to really decompress and relax. The best part of the trip, was leaving that place.

The staff was very rude and not helpful at all, only the guys driving the golf carts and the staff from the italian restaurant were attentive and polite The lobby is very crowded and there is a lot of noise and kids running and screaming like you are in a play ground. There are thousands of people in the property and only one buffet for dinner so there are long lines to get in(about 20 min waiting to get in) and once inside there are so many people talking at the same time you can’t even hear yourself thinking, every time I try to get food it was gone to many people for only one buffet, they only let you reserve for 2 restaurants in the whole week so my kids, husband and I went hungry for 5 days out of 7 at night. There were no towels at the pool after 10 am, the beach was really dirty. The rooms are nice but not clean properly, my pillows smelled like sweat. I have been to Punta Cana over 10 times and this is the worst experience ever. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
