La experiencia fue un poco incómoda. Los Bartenders del lobby les falta un poco más de carisma para atender a la gente. Las señoras de los restaurantes son demasiado amables. El bartender de la isla muy alegre. Los que hacen el check in debe de mantener más el orden de los customers. Hacer respetar las reglas

This place was ok , fair price. Food was ok not great. The restaurants all full when we arrived. Had to have cafeteria dinner every single day. That got old. I guess use my review to plan ahead and book I guess months in advance. Who thinks of that idk but yeah.

I loved the pool for the kids near the entrance. It made it easy to have drinks but still watch them. The staff was very pleasant. The walk to the main lobby can be far, they do provide transportation, but there can be a long wait. When checking out please make sure to arrange 24 hours before leaving if someone is picking you up, learned that the hard way. The main buffet was nice, but there were some areas that had a funny wet smell which was not inviting. They need to check on that. Don't fall for shopping traps, it is NOT cheaper where they take you, you are better off trying to negotiate with the vendors on the resort.

The staffs are exelent, i had rather be on the first floor, i have knee problems also back . Climbing the stairs were very difficult for me. The receptionist made apoitments a 2 a lacarte Restaurant for my birthday celebration 🎂 both Restaurant the food were awful, the indu, also the Japanese.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent trip to the Dominican Republic, booked through your platform. We stayed at Bahia Principe for a wedding, and the experience was well below expectations — not worth the $1,500 spent for two people. Key issues included: * Poor accommodations: The resort was too spread out with no easy transportation. * Disorganized wedding support: The lack of coordination was upsetting for the bride and guests. * Low food quality and hygiene: Limited variety, presence of bugs near the buffet, and questionable cleanliness. * Cheap drinks: Only low-quality liquor served in tiny cups — not reflective of a premium resort. * Construction disruptions: Ongoing renovations caused noise and discomfort with no prior warning. * Transportation issues: The resort limited access to outside taxis, making travel stressful. * Poor value: The overall experience did not match the cost or the resort's advertised quality. I’ve trusted Expedia for many trips, but this fell short. I ask that you review this property and consider offering partial compensation or a travel credit. Todo bien a excepción de la habitación que estaba un poquito deteriorada como por ejemplo la puerta tenía 2 grietas que de noche se podía ver hacia el interior de la habitación, me dijeron que me cambiarían de habitación desde el primer día que llegué, y me quedé esperando, nunca me cambiaron, aparte de eso todo excelente. VUELVO PARA AÑO NUEVO.☺️

Overall the property is huge with 3 other resorts, we stayed in the Grand. The room was nice and clean but the ac didn't work, had to call maintenance to fix the ac. The room was spacious, but had an odor of sewage. The pools are nice with a few swim up bars, but the pools close at 6:30pm and thats a big issue considering they are an all inclusive resort.i dont think ill be staying at this resort again in the near future. When checking in, they try to gey you to pay for an upgrade, don't fall for it, all the rooms are thesame within the 4 resorts.
