If you are looking for luxurious stay.. not quite. But! You will have a enjoyable stay. Beautiful place, best staff! My only hang up would be that they don't have stairs to commute back and forth in the villaa with luggage etc. We loved our time there

We booked three excursions through the resort during our stay, which were all amazing and we are very grateful that we were able to do them The transportation was seamless. It was arranged to be picked up and brought back. The excursions were easy to book. They were well explained they ran for the appropriate time. We never felt rushed The food was amazing. We dined at four of the restaurants. The two things that topped our trip was the staff and entertainment, as well as as the cleanliness and the breathtaking area that we were in on the resort It was exceptional!

Excellent value for money here. Room cleanliness was top notch and the staff is excellent, almost everyone smiled and it seemed genuine. I would book the specialty restaurants if you can, the buffet does get a little monotonous, but it is good. The Japanese restaurant is amazing, and the rest are very good. The beach is great, the actual water is cloudy but we swam in it with no problems. It's just not the crystal-blue water that you might envision. There is plenty of room on the beach, and the entire resort never really felt crowded. There is a party pool and a quiet pool and an area with a cool-water Jacuzi. There was plenty of room to be off to yourself and we appreciated that. The dresser drawers in our room were broken, but that's really the only thing that wasn't great here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this all-inclusive and think it represents a great value.

Staff was simply wonderful. Emily and Fabio De Leon were outstanding in continually offering to help. Our waiter Bienvenedo was wonderful for our dinner on the beach. Emilio and Jose at restaurant Don Pablo were great. Food was great overall, property well maintained, rooms spotless.

This trip was such a disappointment and a waste of money. The beach is contaminated with giant bees that bury themselves in the sand, and if you accidentally step on them they will sting you. A woman was stung during the 15 minutes I spent at this beach.

Our stay was perfect for a romantic winter getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, entertainment was great, and food was delicious. Bartenders at the quiet pool were especially lovely. The beach was paradise, especially the dance party with fire spinning. I would not book with Coming 2 tours through the resort: they did not communicate the details of excursion including extra costs, timing, meet up point, and they lost records of tickets for several customers creating confusion and delay. Their agent also tried to scam us with a time share scheme when we arrived at the airport.

definitely not a 5 star hotel, 3 star is more applicable. It was a beautiful property. The staff was either really kind and helpful, or just outright rude and unhelpful. Drinks are all inclusive but entirely watered down. The entertainment staff was absolutely wonderful however, they work incredibly hard and it shows. I enjoy that they make the experience lighthearted and inclusive. Especially Baby Angelo and Ice Baby!
