Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! Room was nice although noisy until 11 pm. Shower door didn't close so bathroom floor was always wet and slippery. Beach was beautiful although not the white sand and clear turquoise of some places. We loved both pools and especially the swim up bars! Breakfast and lunch buffets were great, dinner restaurants disappointing. But we enjoyed our trip and would go back. The beach was great and we miss it now!!!

Food is boring. This is not a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 1/2 The a la carte restaurant are not that great either. The entertainment is so lame. They need to improve their entertainment nights. I was a solo traveler and they kind of ignore me on the service sometimes. Water pressure on room are not so good. It took me forever to fill in the hot tub. Not sure if I would stay here again.

I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be shared. We found cockroaches in our hotel room. This completely ruined our stay and made us question the overall hygiene of the property. I would advise travelers to look elsewhere.

Occassionally staff did not appear to listen to your question - like their mind was somewhere else - but overall were attentive, and eager to serve. A shame that the "quiet" pool was not near the beach. The "active" and therefore noisy pool was near the beach - hence the beach was also noisy!
