We would go back if booking as a family. If going as a couple, we would opt for something smaller with a personal touch. Pros: The pools, the beach, the assortment of water parks, food and things to do! Cons: The taste of the food, mosquitos, lack of cooling AC in many of the restaurants, the waiting.

Bed bugs... The room had bed bugs and alot of mosquitoes in it. Other guests during our stay had same issue. Beyond that issue, everything else with the resort was good. Beach was beautiful with crystal clear water. I only ate at the buffets but I enjoyed them and they had good options. Plenty to do at the resort to jeep busy and good entertainment at night.

Buffet food is not good, and we recommend getting an app to make reservations at restaurants having to go to a hotel desk to make food reservations is crazy. There is no music at the pool area people brought their on personal speakers. The overall hotel is nice but the amenities could be a lot better. This is a more family resort so if you want to turn up, this is NOT the place for you. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ATMs only give out pesos so please bring all USD with you.
