Staff is kind and courteous. They are what made the stay bearable. But be sure to brush up on your spanish because not everyone understands. The food was over seasoned or overcooked. I ate fruit and steak each day because everything else was inedible. My room was placed in the golf course and amusement park with the families, which was a slap in the face when I paid for an ADULTS ONLY resort. I thought the kids would be somewhere else where I don’t run into them. The resort needs to clean their beaches if they wanna profit off them, like there was trash and kelp and branches in the water. The sea was green not blue. My room had 6 outlets, only 2 outlets actually worked. The toilet had 0 pressure so it got clogged during our stay. There’s no shower door or closeable shower so the water flooded the floors after every shower.

Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente la primera noche con la habitación, pero fue resuelto al siguiente día. Este es uno de mis hoteles favoritos, los empleados son muy amables y atentos. Me gusta mucho este hotel, es súper limpio y la comida es sabrosa. Recomiendo el restaurante Francés.Emmanuel que fue asignado para asistirnos durante nuestra estadía siempre estuvo al pendiente, fue muy amable. Gracias!

This property was amazing. There is so much stuff to do.. on one property or premises. There are three different resorts. This property has a built-in Mall that is out of this world along with several dining options, which was more A steakhouse seafood restaurant, Japanese restaurant, a French restaurant and several more a steakhouse as well. The spa was amazing. The representative took very great care of me. I cannot wait to return. Also, the guest ambassador representative by the name of Rosemary, was amazing. Excellent she was there to walk me through everything. This was one of the best vacations and birthday celebrations ever. Let me not forget to mention all of the amenities the sauna the spa. The massage area is just a small list of what they have to offer. The casino nightclub along with the 24 hour bar and Grill very spectacular. This is a luxury style resort. And I look forward to returning very soon.
