Food options are extremely limited, very complicated system for reservations on restaurants. Limited alcohol selection. A/C on the room was FATAL. Understaffed. Property is old and tired to be honest.

The restaurant service was horrible, the food was awful, the hotel service was delayed, they wouldn’t replace the towels or make the beds in a timely manner. The lines at the buffets were also long and the food options were extremely limited and often cold. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with that hotel and will never return again.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR MY FIRST TIME IN PUNTA CANA! The rooms were disgusting! The WiFi did not work, my cellular connection did not work at all unless I was by the pool side. There were no TV Channels and no smart TV- as promised. The shower head was moldy and the air quality was really bad! Im asthmatic, me and my daughter woke up extremely congested! I couldn’t breathe for the first few nights! I requested a room change because of that- not to mention the foul smell coming from the AC and the horrible smell of the beach. They agreed to change my room, but even then the toilet was not working, they ran out of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.. In order for me to sleep decently, I left the balcony door open in hopes of better air quality. The beach was disgusting! Nothing like the pictures. The security on site does not secure the area as they should, there are lot of “salesman” manipulating and robbing people into excursions. They are not with a company or partnered with the resort, which does not guarantee service or quality. Please DO NOT buy from these people, they will charge you and disappear. When I spoke to security, whose name is (Edwin) he didn’t seem bothered, but of course not- I noticed he actually works with them and they all split the money among themselves. Overall, there could have been better hospitality, and Managment! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Again, this is my first time in punta cana and as of today, I don’t care to return.

Moldy smelling, dirty curtains, dirty ceilings. Very unhappy. I spayed concentrated air freshener and it still did nothing for the moldy small. I didn’t want to touch anything. I left early because of this. Do not recommend at all. The staff was nice but the facility was terrible.

Si buscas diversión y entretenimiento, este lugar es el perfecto. Los empleados son muy atentos y serviciales. La propiedad esta en muy buen estado, solo deben mejorar el piso del area de la piscina principal. Fuera de eso todo genial

Sun Club area was quiet and better than the regular facilities. The pools need some maintenance, but that’s it. Very good staff everywhere and lots of hospitality. Food was very good too.

Hotel was nice, check in amazing, however housekeeping need some work and responsiveness. Upon Checkin the bathroom was dirty called to have it clean to no avail, they also did not place in wash clothes, the second day they forgot the bath mat so after calling they did bring more towels but still no bath mat in which I requested. Dispite offering 24 hours room service after 12 it was never available.

El hotel muy agradable y buenas condiciones el personal de trabajo en el area de la piscina muy atento y agradable el gran piña 🍍 siempre se encargo de que nos sintieramos como en casa tambien en el area de los restaurantes carlos,rosa jennifer y genesis fueron mega amables con empleados asi cualquiera visita de nuevo el hotel muchas gracias sunscape coco volveria muchas veces mas

Bad customer service one of the cleaning employee treated me bad because she have to map the floor inside my room ,the buffet doesn’t have enough utilities to eat if you ask to then they not give to you ,they see that you don’t have no water n your table and they don’t give u anything some of the cleaning employee don’t knock the door they jus going inside the first day I have to make a complaint
