This resort is not all inclusive. It's actually not a resort or a hotel. Its an apartment complex in which you are sleeping with residents & workers. The shower sink and hot water do not work. Again THIS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. We were charged an extra 100 fee for food once we arrived. And drinks aren't even included. Noraelvis & Yaequlin were amazing however i would never come back

I have to live the hotel in less them 20 minutes it was the worst experience I ever have they said all inclusive that is a lie not good not drink and a room above 6’x6’ very small plus the tc or ac doesn’t work I will not pay nothing to this people
