Room was spacious and clean. The resort was also very clean. The gym looks better in pictures. A lot of cardio equipment, but the free weights were lacking. Upgrade when you book instead of at check in. Restaurants were hit or miss, but it helped that you could eat at the sister resort next door.

My stay was magnifico! Janna the concierge and our check in agent Jeysika (I think that’s her name) were so helpful and energizing. The programs during the day were fun and creative, and the food at spoon was incredible. Honestly, the people are what make breathless an amazing place to stay. The staff members are funny, caring, intentional, and great problem-solvers. My friend had an issue getting to their excursion and Janna worked tirelessly to get them to their pick up point. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. Manuel our concierge went above and beyond to make sure our trip was everything we hoped for. The food and staff were also great. Swim up bars are great also. We will definitely be back again.

The food was amazing, there was a lot to do. The only thing I would recommend is that they serve top shelf liquor as well. All the liquor was bottom shelf. Also we had small issue with our room, and they upgraded us to another room with no problem thanks to Jesus Moran from concierge he was amazing and very helpful.

Absolutely must go! Amazing stuff, food is good, only if you are into a quiet it may be not for you. There is a loud music at the main pouring the day and a lot of pool activities. So if you into that this resort is perfect. That being said, we had our room at the very end of the hotel by the beach, so loud music didn’t bother us. If you can upgrade your room to a club level, definitely worth it. It gives you better check in and check out and more restaurant options. Shout out to front dest Wonder, our butler Joel and our waitress Yelitza! Those guys are the best!

The Xhale club was amazing. All of the staff was attentive and personable. I felt truly special as I celebrated 50th birthday. The following staff members went so above and beyond and were excellent: Alexander Ventura, my butler. Vianny, Franchiely, Zulenny, and Dania.
