This very large home is oceanfront on the marina canal with two floors and the ability to sleep 13 people comfortably. Both floors have spacious patios that overlook the ocean. The top patio has a hot-tub jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean, a large penthouse open-air patio that has two large dining tables, a Weber grill and a wet bar (guests to purchase their own alcohol). The bottom floor has a kitchen, large dining room and large living area with two bedrooms. One bedroom has four single beds with a full bathroom and the second bedroom is a master with a king sized bed with full bathroom (sleeps 2). Upstairs has a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath, a master bedroom with a king bed and a day bed (sleeps 3) with a full bathroom and a walk-in, cedar closet. There is also a spillover bedroom that is used as a TV room but can also sleep two people (no full bath). The apartment is approximately 7000 square feet and comes with a butler and an optional chef. Maid service and two parking spots are also included in the rental. The apartment also has 6 large, digital, internet flat screen TVs, a wine refrigerator and a gas grill to be used by the chef. The unit is air-conditioned and has free wifi throughout. All of the furniture is brand new as the apartment is newly renovated. Ideal for family vacation looking to spend days on the beach or for a group of golfers looking for the ideal place to be pampered and come back to after a day of golf. Renters of this property are eligible for reduced greens fees from Punta Espada.
