The resort is nice with nice pool and restaurants and I would give them 5 stars, but because the beach was not cleaned up for three days and cockroachers were our "guests" in our VIP room I am giving 2 stars.

It was pretty decent but alcohol was weak and nasty, food was sometimes good but mostly not and besides the buffet the menu doesn’t have much to choose from. Staff was friendly enough but does not go the extra mile, barely even saw them smile. Also for anyone reading this the pool closes at 6pm but doesn’t say that on the website at least not easy to find.

We had a great time. Food was good, I would recommend different buffet themes like at night to change up the types of food. The staff was so fun and welcoming! Very involved and the activities were fun! We would go back

La comida muy buena y los empleados en área de piscina y restaurantes muy formal. Los del buffet no estaban atentos y hubo que esperar mucho para recibir agua y café. Deberían cerrar la piscina un poco más tarde ya que la playa estaba bien sucia.

Bathroom no vents no locks and a glass door! Food was bad staff knew no english. The main buffet restaurant had no AC and all the food looked like it was melting. The pool was nasty. The road to walk on had broken tilea all over which were dangwrous my kids tripped and fell multiple times

Nice hotel

Great hotel, in front of the ocean and has 3 pools. Food was great and service was excellent.

It was beautiful but not very clean

It was a beautiful setting and the staff were so lovely. We always saw the same staff which shows that they work day and night to make sure we are comfortable. Lots of respect for the staff. We had the honeymoon suit which was lovely but kept facing issues with the plug and it took ages to fill up. We did have cockroaches in the room and my husband was very unwell with sickness and diarrhoea. It wasn’t very clean. Lots of Hispanics who are very rude and pushing in around the buffet. Buffet was ok but we didn’t eat there much due to being platinum members so we were able to go to a restaurant each night. It’s very worth it to pay extra to be platinum so you can have comfortable sun loungers. The activities looked good. Food was swarmed by flies all of the time. They try and get you involved in timeshares (Joan was a member of staff who would not leave us alone) and they pester you.
