The overall stay was horrible. The rooms were very hot and smelled like humidity. The mini fridge inside the room did not keep the beverages cold. The AC was not working. They left you the bare minimal on pillows and towels. Staff was very rude and the food was not good.

the food was terrible. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was either cold, bland, or overcooked. The limited menu options didn’t help, and the dining area itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The staff were equally disappointing. From the moment I checked in, I was met with rudeness and indifference. Simple requests were ignored or met with attitude, and it often felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Professionalism and courtesy were clearly not priorities for this team. As for cleanliness – or lack thereof – the room was in rough shape. The bathroom had mold in the corners, the floors were sticky, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed from the previous guest. Common areas were no better, with overflowing trash bins and dirty carpets. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown. Between the unappetizing food, unfriendly staff, and unhygienic conditions, it made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere – this place is in desperate need of improvement on every level.

Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – DO NOT STAY HERE! The Caribe Princess Hotel was the worst vacation ever. The staff doesn’t care about guests—no smiles, no help, just rude attitudes. They trick you with hidden fees, charging for things they say are included. The "all-inclusive" is a lie—you pay extra for everything (room service, drinks, even some food). The food was disgusting—cold, bland, and barely edible. Restaurants were always "booked," and when we got in, it took hours to get our food (which was still terrible). The coffee shop and ice cream spot closed way too early, leaving us hungry with nothing open. The room was filthy—dirty sheets (same stain all week!), broken toilet, and a weird smell. Plates and silverware were never clean. At night, everything was closed—no pools, no beach, no entertainment. The only "fun" was a sad karaoke night with like three people. The bartenders didn’t know how to make drinks and kept running out of stuff. Save your money—this place is a scam! We wasted ours and wish we had read a review like this before booking. Stay anywhere else! A Very Disappointed Guest

The property itself is gorgeous. The entertainment was just ok. Some staff were friendly and some not so much. We asked for our room to be fixed due to a horrible smell they said they would send someone and no one ever showed up. We ended up switching rooms. The air conditioning did not work well and again we called and no one showed to fix it. Instead of spending our whole vacation waiting on staff to fix issues we decided to just deal with it.

Poor WiFi connectivity, Many mosquitoes inside room. The room smells humid and musty and that smell transferred to our clothes. I requested additional towels in room to no avail, exit and entry steps around pool is non existent Wondering how the handicapped work around it. Only one towel booth far away with 3 pools on site, Trolley. Food and Entertainment needs improvement, did enjoy the wildlife around the resort. Very friendly and accommodating employees at all the restaurants much to our delight

Felt completely bamboozled by this resort. Food was bad, and the timing was off. Breakfast from 7-10:30, lunch 12-5 and dinner from 6-10:30. If you missed out during those time slots you’d be SOL. The cafe to get coffee didn’t open until late. The service was bad. The drinks were bad. The pool wasn’t very clean. They play outdated music and it’s the same playlist every damn day. The pool closes at 6pm. Just bad all around.

Property was very nice. Downside was that several activities (bowling, billiards, etc) advertised were only available at extra cost. Breakfast and lunch buffet was decent at best, but dinners were very nice. Be sure to pack your own sunscreen because the gift shop was amazingly high priced!

We stayed here for 11 days and it was an excellent time! The staff is soo friendly, they go out of thier way to help, accomodate and want you to have a great holiday! The food is amazing as well. Plently of variety and delicious! The room was great, the bed was comfy, the rain shower with lots of hot water was a treat! The entertainment was great with something going on all the time! The pools were good the water was warm, we thought the water was a bit cloudy though. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! We played tennis and its a great court. They provide raquets and balls. The cafe and coffee are delicious! Dominican coffee is fantastic. The staff there are sooo amazing, so friendly and fun! The ocean is beautiful there but theres lots of sea grass right now, but, they work long and hard to keep the beach as clean as they can! We would not hesitate to go back here again.
