The bartender at the beach was not nice and made the drinks wrong multiple times. Also a man who sell excursions at the beach was asking multiples times to buy his excursions when we told him every time we had ours schedule already. He became disrespectful and aggressive so we had to leave the beach and the security did not do anything. I asked for the man’s name to the security guard but he said he didn’t know.

Staff was beyond friendly and understanding of my needs and food allergy. They knew right away after just saying it once that I needed a nd milk for my coffee. Every morning there after they would heat it up for me at breakfast without even asking again. Very attentive staff all around. Would have liked to be able to retrieve usd instead of pesos

Not worth the money

You will be lucky if you get reservations at the 4 restaurants on site… the food not so great and you are not given a lot of choices for food or drinks.. my room which was upgraded was missing furniture.. there are times where food is not available for you and forget room service.. horrible.. resort and beach was beautiful and the bar staff and waiters were amazing but front desk need to get it together.. we should have only stayed a couple of days
