I didn’t receive the room upgrade. The room was so far at the end. A lot of walking around then difficult to find a staff for help. I asked for late check out but the response was if available will be extra charge. Other hotels 🏨 are more flexible.

Nuestras vacaciones en Dreams Macao han sido memorables. El recinto esta muy limpio y la comida excelente. Nos sentimos muy seguros porque hay seguridad por todos lados. Queremos agradecer a varios empleados que su trato hizo la diferencia. En los restaurantes el servicio de Bileile y Maribel fueron excelentes, siempre pendientes a nuestra mesa y muy amables. También Eduardo siempre atento que nuestro mini bar no faltara nada, su servicio eficaz y amable hizo la diferencia. The property was very clean, & the staff was pleasant, & very helpful. Every restaurant was nice, talkative, & the food was excellent. The short distance from room too restaurants was excellent. They gave me an upgraded room, & the staff for room service, breakfast, all our requests was excellent. Very safe resort, will return!
