⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa – An Incredible All-Inclusive Experience! Our stay at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort has everything you could want for a relaxing and fun family vacation. We especially loved the lazy river, beautiful beach, and all the nightly shows and amenities. There was always something to do for both adults and kids. The highlight of our trip, though, was the incredible effort the resort put into providing Halal food for us. This made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the dining experience without worry. A huge thank you to the two amazing food concierges, Santos and Zunilda, who went above and beyond every single day. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made our vacation unforgettable. Room service was excellent—towels were brought promptly, and the room was kept spotless with multiple cleanings throughout the day. The staff across the resort were friendly, welcoming, and so sweet with our children, often stopping to talk or play with them. This was honestly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Room, views, service and entertainment were great. By our surprise, we were given a butler, Breilin & he was great! Super clean resort, very friendly employees. Food was also very, very good! Super nice customer service, Punta Cana has this characteristic & charm. Food was great, I have been in several resorts and this time chose Dreams because of the reviews about parties and entertainment at Breathless is great. The room wasn’t what I expected I had the swim out. My only complaint is the drinks if you don’t purchase Preferred they’re not good. It should be standard to everyone as Other resorts. Definitely you must purchase preferred or xhale at Breathless otherwise drinks will disappoint you. Parties were fun!!!! Beautiful Beach as well. Just purchase preferred to complete a 5 star vacation. Had a great time. Will go back soon!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Dreams Onyx Resort in Punta Cana, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, we had welcome drinks at check in and staff was super friendly! The resort offers a beautiful, family-friendly environment that made our vacation so special. They had many activities for kids and great evening shows for everyone. The food was exceptional – a great variety of delicious options that pleased both adults and our 7-year-old son! Whether it was a snacks and drinks by the pool or a more formal dinner at their restorants, I think they have 6 restorants and 1 buffet. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We’ve traveled to many places, resorts in Dominican, but the service here truly stood out as the best we’ve experienced in Punta Cana. When I asked my son to rate the resort, he immediately gave it a 10/10! That says it all, really – it was a hit with every member of our family. Breilin from consierge services was very helpful, he made our stay even more better, my son loved his birthday cake! Thank you Breilin! We can't wait to return and would highly recommend Dreams Onyx Resort to anyone looking for a top-tier resort in Punta Cana!

Nice resort, the pools are well taken care of and the all-inclusive was good. However it was very loud. Constant music blasting everywhere from morning till late at night. My kids and I had a hard time falling asleep. And one night our neighbor next door kept knocking on our door from 2-3am thinking it was us with a loud tv but it was just the loud people outside. Our concierge Breilin was very helpful in setting up appointments and reservations and I had a nice birthday surprise in my room of cake, champagne and balloons.

Over all a good hotel. If you don’t have kids make sure you upgrade to preferred club. The food needs to be a bit more elevated specially the Italian restaurant. The best service was at the steak house :)

The clean room and the staff definitely stood out! Amazing service, very attentive and always friendly. Especially, Breilin! He would always send us the activities for the day! And keeping us up to date with everything, great service!
