The property was great and the staff was amazing. Especially the staff at the Spa. I was disappointed that the club package choice of alcohol was weak especially in tequila and the access to club bars was not convenient,

The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The staff that we encountered were courteous and helpful. We were particularly appreciative of the assistance and kindness of Luciley (sp) she was amazing! Some of the restaurants food options weren't that tasty but acceptable for all inclusive. Don’t expect 5 star dining but ample options. We did find a conflict with the restaurant times and days being switched without notice which caused us to not be able to experience one of the restaurants. If we return, we would definitely include the Excellence package again because of the upgraded dining and premium liquor options.

We were a group of 8 and Marleny made sute we had reservations for dinner every night at the time and restaurant of our choice. She would comr and find us every night to adk where and when we wanted to dine the next night. We had a great time.

There were so many mosquitoes at in our private pool that we could not even spend our time outside like we wanted. We spend 100% of our time when we're not sleeping or eating in our own private pool and we couldn't even enjoy it.

we didnt drink any tap water. and we got sick from fruits. something happens when they are not washed. even if they are peeled if they use the same knife apparently its not any different than eating unwashed fruits. rooms were excellent!! clean! spectacular! food wasn't delicious wasn't bad. just mediocre. the spa was amazing!! Yosamira was great! we had a couples massage! we loved it! do book it online through their app, app has some promotions for the spa.. i didnt like we had to wait at the entrance of the hotel but not lobby. since we were exclusive we had to be led to exclusive lounge but for the exclusive service we had to wait at the front door. hotel team do not smile at all. while checking in ice cold face or mid of a romantic meal you hear some one is yelling ouuu ouuu. bring usd with you. lots of usd. if you do not tip for a scoop of ice cream, latte or "exclusive beach" front pizza service they make sure you are given only pepperoni pizza. if you are vegan and you said that - doesnt matter. we were afraid to carry cash with us and in Canada you can tip with card. not here. last day we saw the atm machine beside the regular check in desk but it was the last day... so there is an atm machine

This is the first time I stayed at an all inclusive resort and I am speechless at what an amazing time I had with my fiancée. We did a couple getaway and stayed 4 nights and I returned home completely rested. Every single person that works at the resort made us feel at home and greeted us like family. The food, pools, beach front chairs and service were phenomenal. We stayed at the excellence with private out deck pool so we had additional access to the Magna restaurant, and the steak we had there was the best I’ve ever had. If I could give this resort 10 stars I would hands down!

We also enjoyed the dance lessons with staff and the DJ at night club Only thing we didn’t enjoy was hibachi it wasted our night dinner you should rather do the French restaurant or magna .
