The experience was riddled with issues that no premium resort should overlook. I personally witnessed rodents entering one of your restaurants, staff members requesting “guest feedback” but never documenting it, and consistent communication breakdowns despite the resort having modern systems that could easily be used to inform guests.The food was tasteless, no honestly it sucked.

Beautiful resort.. the staff is top notch very attentive, professional, the true definition of going “the extra mile(s)”. The pools are clean, it’s so much fun for all ages, room service is great, their service overall was amazing. Amazing resort! Beautiful grounds, delicious food, and outstanding service all around. Thank you to Rosaura, Ronicet, Alexa & Ramon at the pool bar, Rauilin at the main pool, Aurelio at the lobby bar, the kids club team (especially Tania), and our wonderful waitress Yeralin.
